Ice Cream Hut Cocoa Beach reviews
13I just got the saddest 8 dollar sundae of my life from here. Went in on a Monday night to grab a milkshake on milkshake Monday. I guess the soft serve has been broken for days said disgruntled employee who offered for me to pay double to use the hard ice cream instead. Feeling like it's probably just easier to get a sundae from the upset man I ordered a small single flavor with hot fudge no whipped cream. He added whipped cream, realized the mistake then spooned the top off into the sink. The final product looked like this. Note it's 8pm and 50 degrees out so it's not like it's hot out this evening. Just the saddest ice cream experience ever from a place that's supposed to be a fun delight.
Wish I would have gotten the lady’s name, she was AMAZING. If you’re looking for some good ice cream I highly recommend this place!
My wife and I both had a small Chocolate/Vanilla twirl in a wafle cone. Waffle cone tastes great and fresh.
We came in with a large party the staff was super accommodating. The ice cream is fabulous and atmosphere is great. Be careful. You might miss the parking lot though
The ice cream is great!
The service comes with a smile!
The shop is laid back and easy going. A little on the small side if you have a large group, but they were able to accommodate our group of 12.
I love ice cream but it was very expensive for what my family got compared to other local ice cream shops.
The workers here were very welcoming and gave us quick service! The ice cream is also very very very yummy!
Service with a snarl. Employee was obviously unhappy working late with few customers. No tasting spoons!? Isn’t that the pleasure of a boutique ice cream shop? ! Was offered an old plastic spoon but could only taste one flavor as, spoon understandably could only be used once. Soft serve was more ice than cream.
Felt totally treated like an “out of Towner”. Hey, guess who your clientele is that pays your mortgage? ! People from other states on vacation in your town! My advice is Stay away! Better off getting HagenDas at Publix’s. At least it’s consistent and the checkout people are friendly and professional there.
Stopped in here after trying Tropic Ice Cream yesterday. Was super excited to try another local ice cream shop since we’re in town for a few days. Walked in and the girl behind the counter never greeted us and just stared until we ordered. Ice cream was okay, but nothing worth $20 for 1 small and 2 mediums. Murals outside are lovely.this will be a one and done visit. Tropic Ice Cream holds the standard in Cocoa Beach for us with taste, value, and customer service.
There’s a nice spot out back to sit and eat.
Senior was so friendly and the ice cream was amazing! Loved the smell of fresh waffle cones when we walked in the door!
This was probably the best ice cream I've ever had. As well the customer service was out of this world thanks to Mike. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Though me and my order was complicated he handled like a pro.
Ice cream (soft serve) was inedible. Spent $10 and had to throw it away. Two people working, only one served customers and waiting 15 plus minutes So disappointed Left a terrible taste in mouth. Wish there was someone to call to let them know
Came in here from Orlando, literally I thought the place was closed, there was no cars I walked inside and there was no one I waited for like 5 mins and finally someone came out from the back- well on to the ordering part the cones were good and great portions, also the banana cheesecake sundae was amazing as well so the 4 stars are for the food I’m not gonna give a low star review just based on the entrance part, which there should be someone always to greet and make a doorbell so you know when you come out cause the first hello or welcome makes a whole difference!
