Ice Cream Shoppe at Pensacola Beach

I visited with my family as a birthday treat and was treated as if just being in the store was an insult to the lone worker and my family was treated extremely rudely all the way down to walking away while we inquired about other products we where interested in purchasing. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in any service industry and will be passing this information on. We visited on 12/3/23 around 8pm

What an old world feel, taking you back to an old ice cream shop. The ice cream is delicious and large portions! Service is friendly. Hubby and I come to Pensacola Beach area almost weekly and can’t believe we’re just finding this ice cream gem! We’ll be back, not so good for our waistline but hey, you only live once!

There was plenty to pick from. If you simply ask, get ready bc you’re about to venture down taste test paradise! Same room though bc one of them is going to hot the spot. And if the ice cream doesn’t, there are a couple of handfuls of other selections for you to choose from. The girl behind the counter was amazing and so personable. I’m sure I’ll be stopping in weekly to make this my go to ice cream / dessert shop! Highly recommend saving room to try any one of these treats.

Tonight the whole store smells like it has a sewer issue. No website so cannot contact the owners

Delicious Hershey’s ice cream. Loved their butter pecan and chocolate. Great friendly service. Very clean. Can park for free in parking lot on the bay next to them and watch the water and birds while you enjoy your ice cream.

We loved this quaint little ice cream shop! The young man serving us was very nice. I asked to taste a couple of different flavors that I had never had before. I ended up getting the Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle, amazing!

One of the best ice cream places around. Friendly staff and plenty of flavors to choose from. And for those who do not admire ice cream that much there is multitude of bite size cakes to choose from. One better than the other. Yum.

Great and tasty options of ice cream, the staff is friendly, we ordered a three scoops on waffle cone and the top two scoops dropped to the floor (dont do it!) they gave us extra in the cup. Price is little high but it's expected in the location.
