My husband was scheduled for an appointment today but there is no way he can go to Miramar. We are in Orlando and we are looking for a way to make the change of residence but the email they gave him at the Orlando office does not give a response. Has anyone had a response? Appointment currently in Miramar these days

The worst security guards veey disrespectful and no manors what so ever. Try calling office to file a complaint no one answer.

I have an appointment on October 13 of this year, I am very nervous because lately I have heard about deportations of Cubans, I only have to pray and that they do not separate me from my family. I already went to my appointment, the ice officer told me that They had almost finished with me that they had not accused me and that the court had not accused me either that it was October 6,2024 to see me again until they resolved my situation but I think it is good news because of the way he told it to me. I was appalled with the treatment given to an elderly by the security guard who open the gate today to park your car. The elderly just wanted to ask a question if he was in the right place and the security guard hired by Immigration has said so many nasty things including using profanity to the Ultimate level and screaming at the poor man The elderly got so nervous that he stumbled and almost fell of how nervous, he got I guess bullies, come in all size shapes, and Uniforms I believe the purpose of the security guard is to maintain order not to create chaos or mistreat any human being. It’s very sad that we live in the United States and people treat each other in this matter. If you notice, I was very specific on the date and the time that I was there, so maybe they can retrain the security guard on customer relations.

Bad attention from 2 workers who are in the second security ring.they treat you, they judge you without knowing.they don't know how to guide you.if they are there it is to guide you as part of their job

Today I had my appointment at 1pm and thank God, all the guards treated me very well, especially one from Honduras was very kind to me and was talking to me while I was waiting for my papers and everything was very fast, it didn't even take me half an hour there, We just have to entrust ourselves to God's hands always wherever we go

It's very tiresome, a lot of people writing about 5 hourglass whole that guys tal BS.

I been waiting for my appointment day for almost 8 months and still not respond. If you go there to find so information they treated you very bad. In my opinion nobody wants to deal with this people they do not understand tha we go there because is not other way plus because of US they have a job.

They serve you in a tremendously bad manner, from the moment you arrive at the parking lot as if instead of serving people they were serving animals.

I accompanied a person that had an appointment but I needed to ask a question and one of the security men at the door treated me like crab, yelling at me to go to my car and when I told him I just had a question, he threatened me that he was going to push me out if necessary and he was yelling in front of everyone. I am an American citizen and do not need this kind of harassment from a security guard working for my government. I suggest you train them to behave as they should in a government bldg.

Well, today was my first physical appointment and it went better than I expected, since they told me that since I had a Parol I didn't have to go further, thank God, the treatment went quite well even though Ice is anti-immigrant
