Let me just add that today's service 1-15-24, performed by technician Aaron Adorno went above and beyond! It seems to me that we've come to expect mediocre these days, but to my great surprise and appreciation, Aaron was excellent! - - professional, knowledgeable, competent, polite, and very personable. Now, for certain, any future services that I may need, I will call ICEBERG! (Besides, I got a great deal on a yearly service contract!)

The tech were very kind and helpful. They had to figure out all the connection to the solar panel from the water heater. They had a lot of patient. They had a few issues along the way but work through it. Both of the tech Robert and Jerme were very nice. Good job.

I Had My Best Experience With Any Contractor That I've Ever Had Do Work At My House. I Called In For A Price Quote On My Existing Unit That Was Old And Not Working Anymore. I Was Given At Time & Day They Would Come Out. I Already Had Three Quotes Already For Replacing Both Unit's. On The Day They Were Scheduled To Come Out Iceberg Home Service's Tech Vic Called An Hour Ahead Of The Time I Was Given To Let Me Know His Eta And He Showed Up When He Said He Would Arrive. He Was Very Polite, Friendly, Professional And A Lot More Informative Than The Other Previous Company's That Came Out. After He Throughly Assessed Everything I Relized That He Also Checked To See If It Was Just A Part That Was Needed To Be Replaced. So He Could Offer A Price For The Part That Was Bad Along With A Price On A New Unit And Give Both Options In The Quote That He Prepared. But Both Of My Unit's We're Toast. Even Checking To See If He Could Fix What I Had Instead Of Just Giving A Quote Says A Lot Alot About The Tech Vic And The Company.
That's What I Call A Honest Company. I Knew This Was The Company I Wanted To Do Business With. And They Had The Best Price Of The Quotes I Had Already Got. By The Next Day The Work Was Complete. Very Clean Workmanship And Did Left No Mess. I Gave A Tip When They Were Done. I Know How It Is Working Out In The Feild. And Vic Did A Top Notch Job.

Iceberg Home Services is hands down the best company I've had out to service/repair my heat pump system. Their technician Vic was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and repair my system quickly to get it back up and running.

Called Stephanie about a duct cleaning and not only did she get me an estimate on the same day but, she sent Erne out. I can't say enough about Erne's professionalism, willing to go the extra mile only to find out he documented my ducts and my home is 9 years old and the duct's look like new (his words) and didn't sell me something I didn't need. Honesty goes a very long way with me. In fact the world needs a lot more Erne's in it. Thanks again Erne!
