Ichigo Ichie Buffet, Sanford FL

Man! The food here is absolutely delicious! I love coming here! I haven't been able to eat inside until today because of the virus situation.

At first entrance, the place was wonderfully appealing, quite fancy actually but once we started eating we realized that the food tasted chewy and stale like it had been left out there for more 2 hours already. We came to this place because of the good food reviews but maybe we just went at the wrong time between 4pm and 5pm on Wednesday and there wasn’t much movement as far as food pan interchange which was very disappointing because of the high price. I give it a one star because sushi was a mess.that’s my favorite part and it made very sad. Please don’t come here on non busy hours. The food will taste old. Period.

Food was excellent. My stay was cut short when customers are at the food area without mask. Mask are not monitored. I has to tell a manager. I will not take a chance especially when management does not care.

Great food.customers are supposed to wear masks when getting their food. Many do not, the staff does nothing to"remind" them to wear a mask when at the buffet. Kids run around breathing on all the food. Most buffets have been closed because of this. The staff does NOTHING to keep this place healthy, they don't disinfect the tables or chairs either. Won't be going back there again.

First time visiting Ichigo Ichie, being new to this area we were hoping to experience a blend of Chinese, Japanese and American dishes. Numerous dishes to choose from, and none that we sampled were fully eaten. We sampled The orange chicken, fried rice, salmon, egg roll chewy and cold, sticky rice cold. The green beans had a good flavor. The taste and flavor were bland, drinks watered down, and a total disappointment.

The food was ok. Lacking flavor in some dishes. The food had been sitting out for quite a while so it had become hard. Lots of seafood and the price is not bad for buffet.

Great hibachi buffet at a great price. Seafood options pretty good. Nice staff. Clean. My only complaint: dessert options limited and not good quality. Otherwise good place. Will visit again.

A huge selection of food and seafood. The only issue I had was the food was cold. Not room temp more like out of the fridge cold. They offered to remake anything I wanted however with 2 youngsters time was of the essence. Also the bathrooms were disgraceful. $45 later I wont be coming back

Very rude, they could not tell me the flavors of ice cream and told me to just try them after that (Judy 3) just dropped the check when we were still eating she rushed me through the meal at least 3 times. It felt like that stereo typical situation of people badmouthing you in another language.

Food was good, waitress did not understand much English. Had to ask for crab crush/opener more than once before they understood. Place looked clean.

Good meeting place, food fresh and abundant, yummy sushi, lots of variety for anyone. Worth a try!

Plate takers, not waitresses, stand beside you as you sign check to see if you leave a tip and then get upset if you don’t. Not coming back. Food is meh.

Really good food. It tastes fresh and they even have a chef who will cook food for you. (not at your table) There is also a sushi chef. The pricing is very good for an all you can eat buffet. They have both Chinese food and American food. I believe they even received awards for their cuisine. I highly recommend you to check it out! You will not regret it!

My waitress was so rude, most of the food was cold and i ended up sick from the food.
I called to let them know about how sick I had gotten and the lady didn’t care at all she basically just hung up in my face

Overpriced. Food is never hot. It's a buffet, so definitely caveat emptor, but this place is pretty gross.

The lady up front is always rude. I've even seen her be rude to other people. Yesterday I finally told her about her attitude and how she treats people. She even said she wished they changed her position too. She does not seem happy to be there and she ruins people's visit with her attitude. I love coming here and I always bring my family when they come from out of town. But she always seems to mess things up.

Not to shabby.went on a Thursday night.food was ok and the place was clean and service was good.

I do really love this Asian buffet. They are so consistant. I know what I'm going to get every time i go. Great selection too!

Don't eat here. Food is gross. No flavor just in general the food is nasty. We are not from Sanford. We were just looking for a good buffet to go eat. Next time we'll go to Red Robin and spend 30 dollars than to come here again.
