Excellent! Fair pricing and fast service. Highly recommended. Fixing price was 1/3 of Appple’s or Best Buy’s.

WOW! Based on the negative responses from the OWNER to customers issues, I will not be bringing my Mac in for service here! I will choose a business with good customer service who cares about satisfying their customers. I can't believe what rude childish responses were given. Talk about BAD BUSINESS!

Got an iMac repaired: Hard drive changed
Cost very similar to repair at Best Buy
In a week the front panel that was glued fell and stopped working
Instead of accepting poor workmanship, he asked for pictures to show that I had not done the damage on purpose!
Not very professional when there is dispute related to workmanship.
If it a valuable equipment go to a shop that will stand by their work.

Very rude and unhelpful. Have the iPad Air 3rd generation & was told he never heard of that. Then told me that he didn’t have the screen and that they were around 150. I asked at the very beginning how much they would charge to fix my screen and how long it would to take.never got an answer.

I called The st Pete Iclinic in st Pete to ask a question and the rude gentleman whom answered the phone spoke to me in a condescending manner. I wasn’t sure about the subject manner and me thinking he is a professional and going to answer and speak to me in a professional manner about the subject I was calling about, but instead got shear unprofessionalism at its best. I will never do business at this iclinic again. Hopefully in the future the gentleman will learn a little common curtesy and understand that customers calling or coming into the store might not know everything they are calling or coming in about and learn a little humbleness with the people that are helping pay your check.

Great experience today as a drop in to check a dead non starting MacBook Pro, not great news but straightforward advice and no charge for the checkup, will definitely do business here again when I no doubt break my next iPhone screen!

Shattered my screen, studying it I realize there was a slight bend to the phone on one side. Took it to iClinic before Christmas. I was surprised When he insisted that the bend would not be an issue with a replacement glass. Had him replace my screen.
Pretty quickly I realize digitizer did not work 100%. I waited till after Christmas to take it in and noticed at that time that it had a fine crack going from one side to the other after no clear trauma and being in a case. The crack is not a blunt trauma crack it’s more of a glass in tension and then tapped crack.
I feel the glass was either subpar from the manufacture or was compromised by being in tension. I don’t know why it broke.
No warranty if broken. I’m adding an extra star because I understand that position.
I’ll add one more store if somebody convinces me that a bent phone would not affect the glass. Three star max based on impatience.
Take this review as you may.

Poor execution followed by terrible customer service. I brought my phone in for a screen repair and upon picking it up I noticed immediately that the Face ID wasn’t working, even after trying to reset it. I was told to reset the entire phone, and even after trying that, the problem persisted - revealing that it was not a software, but hardware issue caused by the faulty repair. To make matters worse, the new screen was defective in that the 3D touch did not work in the entire bottom part of the screen. I came back the next day asking for a partial (!) refund and was met with intense, and prolonged, yelling and accusations, even in front of another client! I’ve never had such a terrible experience at any other business. Now I know that in the future I should just pay Apple’s premium for quality work and customer service, as my phone is left in a worse state than before, and for a whopping $200. Ridiculous.
