Don't book with this company, their dollar pricing is misleading and they refuse a refund due to people being mislead. Advertising is false and misleading.

This is the worst agency to work with I will never book anything with them again. It was supposed to be a special trip for my mother and her friend but ended up being just one horrible experience after another

Starting was positive, then delay after credit card data.not good.then other data for
Next 4 rooms.when attempting evening after 10pm.there was no staff (despite "live chat" advertisement). It was referring to preset computer that was unable to answer Questions and was time sensitive.

LIKE TO CHANGE THE SCORE TO 5. BUT ONLY AFTER TALKING TO A LIVE PERSON, ADAM (FLORIDA). HE WAS A GREAT HELP!

Being a member of the iCruise Club, I receive no assistance or guidance from iCruise. I do not know what benefits I get for my cruise bookings or how to use them for my travel expenses. The only time I was getting a lot of calls was when iCruise was trying to convince me to join the Club.

Reviews mater!
After mine (above) I was contacted by an iCruise representative and we had a long chat about my concerns, their assistance and the value of credits given for cruise reservations. I am delighted that iCruise really cares about their customers trying to understand and comply with our needs. I received assistance in identifying and making reservations for a hotel I need in Argentina. I also received credits to use onboard of my next cruises. Thank you, iCruise and specifically Ismael for all your efforts. You definitely helped me, I hope your company helps other travelers as well.

Just stay away! Long story short they canceled our trip and refuse to refund our money! They don’t say they won’t but the process get lost somewhere along the way! There is a absolute choas there

Booked 41 days before cruise departure. Was informed by agent that we couldn't book air through cruise company.which offered 2nd passenger flys for free. Wondering what other suprises we might encounter during trip?

Easy online booking, however itinerary on iCruise has not been updated with changes to the ports being visited (which were released 1-2 weeks prior). If there are specific ports you want to visit, I recommend checking itineraries on several sites to ensure the information on iCruise is correct.

Mark was very nice and helpful in setting up our cruise package. Would have rated a 5 but for some reason the purchase confirmation came through with the incorrect paid deposit amount, which was quickly corrected. Would strongly recommend using!

I was skeptical when I booked the cruise because the cruise line had said the trip we wanted was sold out. I did it effortlessly with icruise, and then wondered if it was a scam. After an IM chat with icruise rep I then went to the cruise line chat and confirmed the cruise with them. So it seems we're all set. I do wish there had been a way to select our stateroom, as I worry we'll be in a less desirable one. Icruise did say they purchase rooms ahead then resell on their website. I do hope it all works out.

The fine is a result of your website publishing false information, which is your company's fault. If anyone should be fined, it should be your company, not the customers who were deceived by your website's false information, right?

I have always been very satisfied with your company's services, but my recent experience has been disappointing.

I initially booked a 5-day, 4-night balcony cabin trip on the Royal Caribbean Singapore cruise for January 25,2024. Later, I saw a very good price for the same 5-day, 4-night balcony cabin trip on February 1,2024, on your website, so I booked that as well.

However, I later found out that the Royal Caribbean website and app showed that the February 1st trip was only 4 days and 3 nights. When I inquired with your customer service, the only response I got was, 'Everything is subject to Royal Caribbean's terms. If you are not satisfied, you must apply for a refund within 24 hours. '

This was all due to the false information on your website. Not only was there no apology, but I was also told that if I wanted to cancel, I had to apply within 24 hours. Of course, I complied and applied for a refund within 24 hours.

However, my wife was very upset about this and decided to cancel the January 25th trip and instead join her colleagues on a 6-day trip to Japan.

Because I strongly support your company's cruise travel, I later convinced my wife to join the 4-day, 3-night balcony cabin trip on Royal Caribbean Singapore. However, we can no longer participate in the January 25th trip, and the deposit will definitely be forfeited by you.

All of my loss and dissatisfaction from my wife was caused by the false information on your website. I hope this will not happen again in the future, as I still frequently participate in cruise trips, such as planning an Alaskan cruise for next summer vacation.

If I could give no stars I would!
Icruse is a complete fraud. They quoted us one price for our anniversary cruise, got deposit from us… now when the time came to pay, the cruise line’s website shows that we owe $1000 more than ICrouse originally quoted. We have all of the information in the email from icruise. The original quote, and the amount we’ll owe after the deposit. Now the agent who sold us on the deal doesn’t take our calls or wants to reply to texts from cruise line. The representative from icruise kept my husband on the phone for a few hours saying that he is working on our issue. Then he said that issue had been resolved and all we need is to give him a cc to pay original amount quoted by them. However, my husband made representative check with the crosse line, only to find out that cruise line is not going to honor that price. How can this be? How can a legit agency operate like that? If this isn’t a fraud, I don’t know what is.
Save yourself trouble go straight to cruise line… and deal with them.
