Josh is the man! Such a kind dude and got the work done fast and easy. So look no where else because this is your guy! I had places like best buy and other repairs places like ifixit say they couldn’t even touch my laptop! I have a 2008 MacBook and even tho it’s a lot older, josh was still able to clone my MacBook super easy. Literally finished it one day! Thanks again, Josh - You’re the man.

If you’re reading this, take your computer needs to Josh! Extremely honest and very knowledgeable when I brought in my Apple MacBook. Prices are much less than other repair places I’ve visited. HIGHLY Recommended!

Josh SAVED ME! I Didn't take any pictures of the damage before he fixed it but I hit the corner of it on my door. It pushed everything back and broke it. I really thought I had lost everything & like a dummy, I hadn't saved anything to my hard drive. I searched a few spots but ICU repairs had the best reviews and I gave him a call. I left a message, he called back within a few minutes. He asked me to drop it off to check it & said he'd call within an hour with an estimate. (He called within 30 min) gave me 3 different options with reasonable prices (normal fix, upgrade fix and the whole package fix) I went with the upgrade fix but I'll for sure be going back to him when I need my touch screen fixed. I've already recommended him to family and friends!

Five stars. I called in the morning, Josh gave me a speculative diagnosis on the phone. He then set me up for an afternoon appointment to drop off my PC. Diagnosis was correct, I needed a new hard drive. He had it fixed within the night.
