The best repair shop in Tampa. It’s not even close. Don’t bother with other shops who learn there craft from YouTube. This husband wife duo have been in the business over 20 years and are true professionals.
I am really happy to find this place. Did not clean my laptop for 4 years and tons of dust was thoroughly removed + general overview of the system performance was helpful. Thank you for your service and all magic you provided for my device. And yes! The staff is absolutely friendly, there was not any mess on tables and desks, means very, very well-organized persons work there.
Valentin was able to fix my water damaged iPhone 11 after Apple told me it’s not salvageable. The previous shop that fixed the screen did not seal it, so when it fell in the water, the inside was flooded causing extensive damage. Valentin did an excellent repair job, without cutting corners, in a very short time. He sealed the screen and gave me a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend iCustom over any other iPhone repair shop, because they do high quality repairs and are very reliable!
We had trouble finding a shop that was willing to even try fixing our two MacBooks.iCustom went way above and beyond and perfectly restored them to what they were before the damage. They are professional and courteous and treated us like family, which was very reassuring, especially since we had lost hope of ever recovering priceless photo memories. Such great service at great prices! I needed a new earpiece in my iPhone. I really thought I was going to have to get a new phone. But I took it to iCustom and within 30 minutes I had a new earpiece and now I can actually hear my calls without having to put them on speaker I highly recommend their service! I will definitely return for any future needs.
