The people at Ideal Auto Collision were wonderful. They explained the process to me, the costs and gave me a time frame that was exactly correct. When the car came back from repair it looked great! What really sets them apart is that they are honest, affordable and efficient. I am very happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them!

We use this company when repairing our door on a 2021 Tesla Model Y. As a whole, the workers decent and was completed in about two months. Despite the lack of communication or updates, we were happy to receive the car back in a adequate state.
Sadly, there are larger cabs around the charge, port area, and multiple places where white paint/primer was left over. Despite us having to wait an extra day to have the car detailed say it was not properly cleaned up on our arrival. It looked to be as if a training had waxed the side of the car and the residue was still left.

We brought up our concerns to Frank, who was our incident personnel that we are working with. He stated that they did not remove the tail light or adjust anything on the charge port, and made no comment on the other materials left around the car. Even if they did not remove the tail light, this could’ve been an overstep, and they could have removed more pieces of the car.

I had an appointment with Richelle DeChane - she is great! She was very nice and help me with everything. Great customer service and I will use this business again to fix my car next time and I will recommend to contact Richelle, because she is great! From the beginning Belkys was so helpful and nice, she always answered all my questions and concerns and was very pleasant, kept me updated. I’m very happy with the results of my car. They’re a great auto collision shop, I highly recommend it!

My insurance company referred me to this place, and I paid Belkis Carsello 500.00 dollars so that they could start ordering some parts.
I kept on calling Belkis and after one month an a half she kept telling me that some parts were still in back order.
I told her that I was not willing to wait any longer because this was ridiculous and to give me back my deposit, and they refused to give it back because of some expenses In restocking fees.
The only thing they were ordering was the roof top glass for my tesla, and it was in back order.
WHAT RESTOCKING FEE?

I think that this is very dishonest and unprofessional.

I had been sideswiped by an Uber driver the day before heading to California on business. I had the car taken to Ideal because of their reputation fixing Tesla's. The entire team was amazing to deal with. They remained in contact with me throughout the process and keep me in the loop on every step. I was able to track the parts required for the repair and when they were delivered to Ideal. Richelle always answered my emails and took my phone calls when I had a question or concern. Overall the best experience a person can have after being without their car for 2 months.
