Amazing don’t even explain my experience here. I had such fear of dentist until today’s visit. I have horrendous experiences, horrifying experiences at different dentist offices. I had Jesus Vasquez explain everything to me a 100 times he also held my hand and made me feel at ease, he is excellent at what he does I recommend everyone to come and ask for him, also Dr. Chian my dentist is excellent. 1000% happy

I found Ideal Dental through my insurance portal and DO NOT recommend. After being seen by the dentist she informed me that I needed a deep cleaning that required anesthesia and would be a multi-day process. I was also told that I have 2 cavities. All of that sounds fine, but the price they quoted me was OUTRAGEOUS! $1400! And I have good insurance! They tried their hardest to get me to take out a care credit line to cover the charges and even offered to split the payments up. Oh, and they didn’t even clean my teeth. I denied the services and got the hell out of there. Luckily, the dentist office I wanted to go to called me with a cancellation and I was able to be seen by them: Brue Family Dental. They came highly recommended. After my appointment with Dr. Brue I learned that I did NOT have any cavities and a deep cleaning was an absurd recommendation for me. They cleaned my teeth and sent me on my way. Ideal Dental is a SCAM. Do not go!

This was my first time using Ideal Dental Lake Nona. From the time I walked in till the time I walked out every member of the Staff was very polite and welcoming.
I have been using my previous dentist for 15 years in another Country, so you can imagine how hard to start someone fresh. The check up and the cleaning were top notch. Would have to say the best cleaning I ever had. I will be returning.

From hello the receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and able to get me on the same day. Everyone I met was pleasant and made you feel welcome. The office is open and comfy, not sterile. I love Ideal Dental Lake Nona because they send me texts to remind me of my appointments. I love Ideal Dental because of everyone there from the receptionist who is always smiling to the Dr and her assistants which they are all amazing and love the way my teeth feel after each visit!

Misael is an amazing person dental tech. The customer service is amazing. They care. Not only do they have the tools to see your dental problem but they explain step by step what is going to happen.

My two daughters and I are new patients and had a wonderful experience. They explain everything and give you all the details. Everyone was super friendly, experienced and did a fantastic job.
