My 1st time in and it was very pleasant. The staff is super kind and understanding. Very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I believe I found my new dentist office and look forward towards them taking care me. God bless them.

Great experience everytime I have gone! I woke up with extreme pain on a weekend called around to several places no one was either open or had availability but ideal was able to fit me in. Turns out I needed a root canal. Dr. Wagimin is awesome she made sure everything was good and took their time. The whole staff was great and the office is beyond clean! Would highly recommend ideal dental and Dr. Wagimin.

I just arrived home from my appointment today, and words cannot express how FANTASTIC the level of care I received was! From the time I checked in with front office staff, to meeting the doctor and dental hygienist, billing specialist and eventually checking out, I was amazed by how friendly, knowledgeable and professional each person was that I met. Everything was extremely clean and they took extra care to make sure I felt comfortable. To be honest, I felt nervous going to my appointment today since this is my first time visiting the dentist while pregnant, but I left feeling both comforted and educated concerning my oral health (and with my next appointment already scheduled).

Staff is very friendly. They address all my questions and are very thorough with my cleanings.

They made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. The Dental Assistant, Justin, was happy and his energy helped ease the anxiety of having two teeth extracted. And then the Dentist, I can’t remember her name, was just as nice and happy. I wanted to commit 2023 to finally fixing my teeth and I found the place.

The best dental office I’ve ever been to! Everyone was so nice, from the front desk all the way to the dentist. The whole atmosphere was great. Their options for patients without insurance is unbeatable and so reasonable. I’m happy I found this office and can’t wait to come back.

They don’t know how to fill in.
The texture is off. The girl Just put a bunch of fill and didn’t shape it after several several months I still feel it. It’s the only fill ever that feels nothing like my other teeth. I didn’t want to feel rude and complain she didn’t do a good job but Since I left this place I can’t stop touching where they filled my tooth, feels weird and a constant reminder why I hate going to any medical services. I had a gut feeling to walk out while I was sitting in the chair but I didn’t. That was my mistake. Then they harass you to leave a review during, when you’re paying and after you leave.

Dr. Wagimim and Justin are fantastic! 5 star patient care and saved my tooth, I can't thank you guys enough!

Orthodontist is only available one day a month to see patients, if you need to reschedule the visit you have to wait until the only day she sees patients on the following month unless there is an emergency. Do not recommend it for this reason…

Amazing service! Everyone was so nice and caring from the front office staff to the dental assistants to the dentist and checkout person. I truly recommend them they make you feel at home and comfortable

Awful experience. I had approximately 7 to 8 appointments just for a crown. They had to send the permanent crown back to the lab 4 times. The temporary crowns they put on all broke and crumbled. I ended up with an infection and they finally did a root canal. I ended up that night in the emergency room from the pain and infection. I asked even for a partial refund of the crown and they refused. I wrote their corporate office and got no response. I am now hiring an attorney to cover my ER cost of $1,200. I would NEVER recommend this place.

It was a good first time experience and the wait was short as I did it before work at 8 30. The cleaning was a little painful though but that may be just for me.

What a great experience. I am so glad I trusted the reviews and visited this place. I was treated with excellence by Dr. Berrios, Monica, and Jessica. I was very nervous about going because I’m terrified of the dentist and have had dental issues in the past, but they compassionately helped come up with great solutions too. I’m am so grateful I went here today, I honestly feel so much better, and my teeth look amazing. They did a great job on my cleaning. This place also offers free whitening for life! If you are thinking about visiting—do it.

Rough cleaning. Unclear diagnosis and direction from dentist. 2 hour wait. 2nd bad experience. Will not return.

Stood me up for an hour and asked me to come back later (on that day) as docter is tied up with other patient. What's the point of making an appointment? Who would want to make two visits on the same day? Very disappointed.
