Ideal Image Jacksonville

I’ve been their customer for at least 7 years now, and I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this place. The experience I had this weekend with the laser tech “Alex” was extremely disappointing. She was not thorough at all, and did not provide the same level of diligence, compared to the others laser techs. It was almost as if she was in a “rush” and had somewhere else to be. She literally barely serviced my right jaw area in comparison to my left side. When I brought it to her attention, she brushed me off as if I wouldn’t be able to tell, after getting laser treatments for over five years!

I informed the receptionist upfront before leaving that I DO NOT, want her as my tech again. When interacting with a customer, you shouldn’t give the impression that you’re in a rush, and not be thorough with the service.

I always leave Ideal Image Jacksonville satisfied with my treatment, all members of the team have been friendly, through and efficient. I trust them with all of my med spa needs!

Ideal Image is the best if you are looking for laser hair removal! Very professional and knowledgeable. All their technicians are NP or higher level. Great to work with and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend using them over a mom and pop med spa, who typically have way less options for the lasers and less effective options. Well worth the drive to Jax if you do not live in the area.

I’ve been coming to Ideal Image for over 7 years. I can honestly say, my experience has been phenomenal! My results are amazing and every location, the Nurse Practitioner are amazing! My current location is in the Jacksonville location, and the staff here always makes my visits welcoming.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY AND LOOK INTO ONE OF THE THREE OTHER REPUTABLE OPTIONS IN THE TOWN CENTER AREA FOR THE SERVICES YOU ARE CONSIDERING IDEAL IMAGE FOR. This is absolutely an illegitimate business. It's a shame because the staff seems nice (although you never see the same people from visit to visit, turnover is REALLY high). They will sell you a plan that includes expectations of timing between treatments and length of time needed for full treatment but they sell to more people than they can actually serve and don't have scheduling availability for you to make appointments. They don't have any available until months from when you try to schedule. I've only been able to be scheduled once in all of 2023. They absolutely don't hold up their end of the contract they make you sign before even receiving one treatment (ie, they provide a service you have paid for). And good luck talking to anyone other than the receptionist. I've asked for someone to call me to cancel 3 times now and am always told "of course, she'll call you right back" and yet never has. Definitely not a legitimate company but instead a scam that likely doesn't actually have a leadership.

If you are a normal human being who maybe has a schedule change (due to work, kids, just life, whatever) and might need to change an appointment they made for you MONTHS ago (even if you're calling several weeks ahead to reschedule) you won't be able to and they'll just schedule you for 3 months from the day you call. At this current rate of one appointment a year, I will take a decade to complete the contract for treatment.a time in which I highly doubt they will still exist. This is absolutely a complete failure of a 'business'.

Had you asked me after my first appointment if I would recommend this place, I’d say yes. After the second experience it’s a no from me.

The injectors are great, super professional.

I’m not a fan of being lied to though and when you lie and say you left me a voicemail (not possible, my voicemail hasn’t been set up since 2022) About my appointment and then I ask you about it & you say “oh we have the wrong number in the system” that is also… not possible, since someone called me from your office earlier that day. I get a bigggg icky feeling. Own up to your mistakes, don’t stack lies on top of lies, it’s the easiest way to lose a customer.
