Leslie, the nurse who does my treatments is the reason why I continued going to Ideal image. At first when I was treated by other nurses, I wasn't getting the results nor the explanation of treatments a customer deserved to have. When Leslie started treating me, I started getting the results I wanted, felt confortable with treatments and she answered any question I had in a professional and courteous manner. Always with a smile in her face. Thank you Leslie! You rock!

Rosy was amazing! I have had Botox before but this time it was amazing. I didn't fell they needle at all. She has magic hands. My face immediately changed. WOW! What a difference. Thank you!

My daughter experience has been very good. Everyone in the office is always polite and attentive. They make sure to always ask my daughter how is she feeling, if she is seeing progress.

The best experience in going to Ideal Image is Rosie, besides that I wouldn't go back. I did a lifetime contract for Laser Procedure and when I come back 2 months after my final one they were trying to charge me. I looked over my contract and it didn't say anything about that. If I would've known that lifetime meant with a fee and that the hair came back after 2 months of going I would've never gotten this procedure for my daughter.

My experience with staff is always pleasant. I did not give ideal image a 10 because I feel I am over paying for the service being rendered. On a separate note I left my last appointment in pain which had never happen before and did develop 2 small blisters on the area being treated.

My attending nurses make me so at ease, answer every question I have. Everyone at the office is super nice.

I have always been skeptical to get Lazer hair removal ‏ Because of what friends have told me about it that it was very painful. After making an appointment for a consultation the girl in the front, Jeannie was very Accommodating with my extremely busy schedule, she made me feel so much better and comfortable about getting my procedure done. She was super super sweet, offered me tea and. I am now hair free and happy I went to ideal image for my procedures.
