Elizabeth is the best provider! She has completed my multiple treatment areas. If I had more areas that required laser treatment I would 100% make certain that Elizabeth is my provider. So thorough, professional, and such good beside manor.

I can't sign up with a company that I haven't seen inside nor visited to see whether it's clean well kept up.etc. I feel the face to face zoom meeting made me fell very uncomfortable.pressure sale. Very un professional.then you have to send money thousands of dollars.with a promise of services.mo thank you.you pay after the service not before services rendered.please take my name off your list till we meet face to face in Ideal Image.

I Bought the membership and also many unit for Botox and save it under my membership account. Ideal image never inform me about my Botox unit in my account will be expired. Now I have lost my unused. I have been with ideal image for 5 years.

I had laser hair removal done at this location and they were absolutely awesome. It was the most detailed and thorough treatment I’ve had, and I’ve been doing it every 6 weeks for 16 months and have been happy every time. The results have been so amazing and worth it. These gals know what they’re doing!

But I found out today at my appointment that Ideal Image has raised its unit prices, yearly membership fee and has taken away the free treatment option when renewing membership. Because the company, Ideal Image, did not inform me of these changes and I had to find out during my appointment, I will NOT be renewing with them in April. When a company is not transparent to their customers and a customer finds out 'in the moment' of all of the above changes, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone! And I will definitely spread the word to everyone I know to not do business with Ideal Image!

I've had fillers a handful of times, this was the best experience I've had. Jena Morrison ARNP did an exceptional job both with knowledge and technique. Very very good first experience, I will be back.
