Ideal Image St. Petersburg

My experience with Cool Sculpting was very good. My nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and helped explain the process to me. The environment was really calm and felt spa like.

I recently had an appointment with April and she is absolutely amazing! She was so patient, informative and thorough. She asked me questions and walked me through the whole session. Thank you April for such a great service.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Kim o'laughlin and she was very knowledgeable and very courteous as well as professional and her level of experience was amazing!

The girl that did my laser hair removal was perfessional and very sweet. The girl at the front desk was also very nice.
I think the company itself dose not do a well job with cost or their promotions.

I’ve been coming to ideal image since 2001. I’ve done laser hair removal in many areas and have always had a great experience. I’ve even done radio endorsements for your company. Two years ago I signed up for the membership to get the $8.95 Botox and last year it renewed, which I continued to be able to take advantage of the great price. I booked an appointment yesterday for another Botox treatment and today when I got there I was informed that the price per unit had increased. I had paid $250 for a membership In Order to get the $8.95 rate and was never informed that the price had gone up in the middle of my contract. I never received an email about the change, no one mentioned it on the call when I made the appointment and it wasn’t until we started talking about the number of units I’d need today that it was brought to my attention. I find it to be an highly unprofessional practice to bait and switch your clients like that, in the middle of a contract and with no advance warning of the change. The price is now in line with many other providers who do NOT charge a membership fee for the same price per unit. Highly disappointed in the service I received. The service provider, however, was great.

WARNING: THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IDEAL IMAGE ST. PETE! I wish I had been aware of the thousands of COMPLAINTS on BBB! This company charged me for an appointment I had immediately canceled following numerous calls from the sales associate in an attempt to get me in for a Botox treatment. I immediately called her back and insisted that it was NOT going to work out to come in during working hours, nor after work. I explained my bad financial situation, and she persisted to tell me that I could pay a lower fee and could use bonus certificates, but I would still struggle with the fee. Twice she tried to schedule an appointment, and both times I immediately spoke with her over the phone and canceled.

Several weeks, then months later, I was receiving harassment calls from their billing department persisting that I pay my outstanding balance from the same appointment I immediately canceled twice! The rep apologized and said she would remove it from my account, but I continued to receive harassing calls from Ideal Image insisting that I had an unpaid balance from the same appointment that they reps apparently never canceled, yet each time I spoke with them, they assured me they would remove from my account.

The company had the gall to notify me that my credit card was not working as they attempted to RENEW a membership I told a rep I would not be renewing multiple times, yet there was no documentation in their system.

I was finally able to reach billing and insisted she remove me from their system and that I would never renew after they took $300 from me when signing up for this scam!

I am still being harassed by Ideal Image demanding payment! When I complain, they refer me to a Resolution number that never answers the phone, or callers are on hold for hours to no avail.

This company does NOT care about you or me, but every associate is pressured to bring in money. They practice unethically.

I made many attempts to reach the resolution department to no avail and therefore will be reporting Ideal Image St. Pete to the Media and the BBB.
I gave them many opportunities to rectify, but they continue to hang up and transfer me to nonexistent numbers.

I emailed them on numerous attempts, but no response. Please steer clear of Ideal Image St. Pete!

I had my Coolsculpting treatment with Holli today and cannot be happier with how the whole process went. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I'm so excited for my results!

Alice was fabulous. She took the time to explain everything to me whereas I never felt rushed or pressured. Very easy to talk to. I'm only hoping that they would treat me the same way, in a local level! If I were to rate Alice from 1-5 stars, I would give Alice a 10!

I come here for my laser hair removal and BBL treatments. This place is easy, professional, and most importantly stellar at what they do! Huge shout out to Julia and Holly for their wonderful dedication to me and making me feel like a million bucks!

The reason why I gave this location a 10 because of Emy and the front desk lady that always has a big smile. Your company need to find a person like Emy and the front desk lady I forgot her name sorry. It's my second time seeing Emy her professionalism, expertise in this field is admirable. Emy need to be a leader and she need to train all the person that work in your location how to treat your customers right.

Julia is a master at painless injection! The facility is extremely clean and everyone was very thoughtful and courteous.

Awesome service (laser hair removal-face) and within five minutes I was in and out. Helped by Holly. Super fast.
