IDENTICO FINGERPRINTING AND DRUG TESTING, West Park FL

The lady at the front desk has not changed apparently over the years. Still rude and mean A. F. Got there at 3: 00 PM, she took one look at me and asked what I was there for and then replied that they were closed. Even though they have a paper saying that they take their last walk-in at 4: 15PM. Then she told me that due to Covid, the schedule changed to 3: 15pm for the last walk-in, but I got there at 3: 00pm. The funniest part is that she's talking about schedule chages because of Covid but the whole time she wasn't wearing no mask or anything while working at the front desk.

Alma was extremely rude and is making a bad name for the business. They need someone who is more relatable to people

The lady at the front is straight rude! Refuse to give them my my money. Mind you I was only asking if you do digital to get concealed permit.

Amazing service. Probably the only live scan provider that stayed and continues to stay open during the coronavirus situation. We cater to licensed healthcare facilities that require for our drivers to be screened through AHCA, thank you to Identico for making the service available for our staff. Yes, sometimes the place gets busy, but the process is relatively smooth and just like everywhere else some may feel the wait to be little too long, but when everything else is closed, I don't see a reason to complain. We are happy and continue using your service, plus the pricing is one of the lowest in South Florida.

Truly amazing service. Staff was wearing masks, hand sanitizers everywhere. Was sent to do my drug testing and fingerprinting by the summer camp. Took about 20 minutes, there were 3 people ahead of me. Overall very professional place. Thank you.

Alma was unprofessional and rude. She refused to do finger printing during business hours. However, convenient location and ample parking. But what's the point if you can't get the services offered.

Alma was rude and was not interested in me as a person/client at all. She must be having a bad life/day/existence. She should speak slowly and clearly to customers and not in lingo ; Example ORI # (Who in the world knows what that means?) (I guess you need that to get the pot of gold after the Rainbow.) it will help out a lot in getting good feedback and helping clients figure out things that are not making sense. Alma treated me like the enemy, even though I showed up in a good disposition and was only attempting to get help.

The lady is sooo rough, she doesn’t help people, people like she can’t have contact with client! Bad customer service

My employer asked me to get fingerprinted and suggested going to Identico. The process was simple, in and out in less than 15 mins. Staff was informative and helped locating the VECHS number. Thank you.

Very good place to get finger printing done! Super fast, I was out in a timely manner. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and nice, she was great and had great people skills! Will definitely recommend family and friends to come there!

Went in to get my fingerprinting done and it all went down very well. The lady at the front desk, Alma, was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed. She was very professional and funny. I would definitely go back if I ever need anything else done!

Tacky and unprofessional. As a business owner understanding the customers or consumers needs should be vital. I called today and spoke with a rude woman on the phone. I only wanted to know if I could get a copy of my receipt. Initially I gave a good review on the paper when I 1st came in only because the lady at the front desk seemed to have an attitude so I decided not to let that be the focus I said to myself maybe she is having a bad day. So I decided in myself to give her a good review to brighten her day. This place deserves 0- stars for customer service. There are plenty sweet and understanding people out her looking for a decent job. Stop hiring these mean and resentful individuals.

Very professional and helpful. I went in to get fingerprint information and had all my questions answered. The front desk personnel was very sweet and informative! I would recommend this place:)

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me as she explain the fingerprinting process to me so she can send my prints to the correct department. 2 other customers came in after and went she ask them for the ORI NUMBER 1 reply to her and told her that she suppose to have it. NO SHE NOT YOUR EMPLOYER HAS TO GIVE IT TO YOU.

Professional look and feel to the office. Staff was professional and helpful. I was in and out in 10 min or less.

They lady Alma at the front desk was very nice and she smile with me as she help me to understand that i needed a ORI Number from the employer who send me to get my prints taken. She also explain to me in details that without that ORI NUMBER SHE WILL not be able to collect my fingerprints and send it to the correct employer, Once i was finish getting the information she had asked for i was able to go back up to the front desk without waiting back in line again and she took care of me immediately and i was able to be Fingerprinted for the correct department Thank you Alma for all your help.
