Got my screen fixed in 5 minutes. Staff was super nice and had stuck to the estimate they gave me with no hidden fees. Also the cheapest place in the area.

On my 2012 Macbook pro they replaced hinge hardware, fixed the webcam (loose wire), cleaned dust from the fans and replaced the CPU thermal paste - all for an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

I took my broken MacBook to midtown and they told me I couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks and it would cost upwards of $700 to fix. I left and went to iDope and Josh fixed my laptop in literally 5 minutes and helped me clear disk space up so I could upgrade it. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back.

I was replacing the battery in my nephew iPad. I had removed the screen and digitizer. Never having removed the battery before I was hesitant. I called ubreakifix and he wanted $60 for his labor. I stopped by idope, Josh not only removed the battery. He showed me how to remove it. He cleaned the ipad of glue and installed the new battery. Guess how much he charged me? 0.he charged me nothing. I was ready to pay for his time. Ubreakifix wanted $60 for something that took Josh 5 mins to do.

I used to be a "go to guy" when it came to navigating a personal computer and new technology 20 something years ago. I'm not anymore. But, thanks to idope, I have found a "go to guy" that really helped me with my phone. Thanks again.

Best spot in town for computer repairs. They are extremely quick, easy, and affordable. Other places I have gone normally take a week or two to get in and then want to hold on to your computer another week or two and charge 3x as much. Great business.

I thought my phone was beyond repair (iPhone 12 with shattered back glass that was dropped in the toilet) but Josh fixed it up better than new.

This place is AWESOME! I needed help getting THOUSANDS of phones and videos off of my phone and Richard & Josh were more than patient with walking me through the process. They were so kind and patient. They even educated me on how to complete the process myself moving forward. I would definitely bring my Apple products back to them again for repairs and recommend them to others.

This place is an absolute lifesaver. Richard was so incredibly kind, accommodating, and clearly an expert in the field and in customer service. Despite calling after hours for a fix, Richard left home immediately to come and help me out at the store. He quickly repaired my smashed USB dongle, tested it, and returned it to me within 20 minutes. He saved me $60 and week of waiting to buy a new one. Although I was content, Richard felt that he had not restored my USB dongle perfectly and was adamant about me not paying. It was "not to his usual standard of perfection. " No other computer place could possibly rival Richard and his customer service. The guys who work here love what they do, GO TO IDOPE!

Immediately he starts cleaning the ear speaker and got it working! What? ! They didn't try to tell me it's broke to get me to buy anything. Great experience and grateful to have met them.
