2I would say the buying process was a tad unconventional but I saved right under $600 on a 75" 8k Samsung QLED tv so im happy. The shipping company brought the TV inside. Opened the box. Plugged the TV in and made sure everything worked before they left which I can appreciate! Would recommend
Sketchy. After reading lots of reviews I tried a purchase of a Samsung TV with an unbeatable price. As expected they called to confirm an additional "insurance" fee which I was ok with given the price was still excellent. I proceeded and eventually it came via a delivery company (with very bad communication). On arrival, they insisted on testing it and said it didn't work so they sent it back. I was told I'd be refunded which never happened. I had to dispute via credit card. At one point they called me and said it was working and asked if I wanted to take delivery. I'm guessing these are refurbished or something else non standard.
