Ohmigoodness! Ron is the man! I thought my phone was done forever…nope, Ron to the rescue. Saved me hundreds sir, & I think my phone may work better than before hahaha. Service was very fast, pleasant & just feel such a relief. Thank-You again, be well.

I cracked my Samsung 10 plus screen. I took it in so they could order the part. The next day they had the part and repaired my phone within a 3 hours. They did an amazing job, my phone looks brand new, like nothing happened to it. Thank you.

Prior coming to the store, I've read some reviews online. As usual some were nice and mean and I was a little bit skeptical. Thankfully, once I got to the store with my phone (it was completely ruined and I thought that I would have to buy a new one), Prince and his coworker greeted me and reassured me that it would be fixed in 10 mns. Needless to say that I was shocked because the last time it was fixed, it took an hour and it was EXPENSIVE. At this place, my phone was fixed with a REASONABLE price and definitely under the time frame he has promised me earlier. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and to the ppl who have stated that only family and friends post reviews, it's a lie. I'm new to Florida and I just found out this place online! If you're trying to save money and time, pay this place a visit!

I am a firm believer that if you're going to have a sign that says "No Refunds -All Sales Final" that your service be top notch so that no one will need a refund. Well, my Apple Watch was not properly diagnosed and I ended up spending more than the watch was worth! I paid $69 for a battery, then was told by "Mike" after that was done that I needed a new screen for $50. I said, nope. It ain't worth it. Then the "owner, Tony" tried to offer to fix it for $65. I said why am I being given two different prices? ! He later called me back and offered it for $35, but at this point, I just don't trust the entire transaction. If I knew it would cost me $100 to fix the watch from the beginning, I would have never got the work done. I know employees make mistakes, but don't have a "no refund policy" when you have employees who make mistakes. As a business, you have to eat those costs to avoid bad reviews like this. Although he tried to rectify the issue by "being nice", that does not change my view of the entire situation. I'll never go back there again.

Poor communication between the customer and fellow employees. Spoke to three separate workers about my repair, each one telling me a different story: I've been told numerous times to "please come at this time and date for an update on the status of your repair" I live nearby so I'd walk there at least three times a day, on the day they told me to "come in for the device" to hear something different or to be told to wait for someone else to give me a different answer later in the day. They've shown me a week prior that the screen now turns on but touch is unresponsive and would continue to work on it. In the end, I wasn't called to pick up my device which they deemed as unrepairable after asking me a week to wait.

I've opened up the device to see what they've changed since then and noticed they have changed the video cable again with one of poorer quality (the cable itself had the video plug severed from the wire itself, splitting the wire into two thin slices.) To me, it felt moreover that they no longer wanted to work on the device, which is fine. I'd just like to know that I was supposed to pick it up sooner.

The staff is friendly but I received little to none in communication and was told several times to expect an update by phone/text and getting at most one, in the span of the two-three weeks they've had the device.having to walk over to the store to get some sort of status on the device. I didn't mind waiting a while for it to get fixed, its just that if your going to tell me your going to keep me up-to-date on what is going on and then give me a specific time and date as to when to expect the status update, multiple times. I expect to be kept up-to-date on the status of the device.

Quick and professional. Didn’t try and upsell anything. Explained price then fixed it by the time I strolled the mall. No issues with the phone after.

Dropped my phone off for a broken screen - when I returned I was advised the cable was broken when they removed the screen and they needed the part - turns out they had to send it out to be fixed and i was without my phone for 2 days, paid them $138 now a week later the home button doesnt work. I dont think they are qualified to fix phones.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. This place used to have good customer service and I was always treated kindly by their previous technician Eddy whom I followed from other stores. I sent my daughter yesterday to ask for a tempered glass that we always paid $20 for and to get a quote on her iPhone 11 when she was quote for a minor crack and screen protector $214 after taxes. Luckily I was able to find Mr. Eddys number in my old iCloud and I was able to follow him to his new store where I was able to get the repair done for only $140 plus tax and I got a FREE screen protector. Sad to say the customer service really went down at this place which I preferred because it was closer to how but I will definitely not be coming back.

Left my daughters phone for repair and they called to say it was ready.came to get it 10 minutes later and they were closed! So unprofessional! When he called I let them know I was across the mall eating. Could he have told me they were closing? So rude! Will not use them again!

I came in for a new screen protector for my phone. The first one they put on my phone wasn't compatible (I couldn't push the buttons on my screen because of how thick it was). They won't give you a refund but they will fix their mistakes. They ordered a different screen protector for me and it was PERFECT! I absolutely love it, thank you for helping me in a timely manner!

They were busy eating at there work bench and yelled across the room what did I want.i suggested if they came closer I would tell them. I am so sorry to bother them in this empty store I was trying to do business with
