I love iFly Tampa! Staff is super friendly! Full disclosure I worked here and I know it can be frustrating as a customer to make reservations. But we try and the leadership is amazing.

It was an amazing experience for my 8 year old. He enjoyed it a lot. One issue which we experienced is that the video has an jncompatible audio for ios devices, so you have to spend some extra time to convert the audio. That should be an easy fix for iFly to save this trouble for the customers.

Overall it was a nice and short adventurous activity.

Our instructor, joel, was super laid back.very excited and fun.you can tell he really loves his job and he is awesome.amazing tricks and fun bucket list item.the more you come back the better you get.we had an amazing time!

Had an absolute blast here and really enjoyed the experience. Staff were great, answered all our questions and gave excellent instructions to do the indoor skydiving and enjoy it!

I had a great time at iFly. The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave us great pointers to have a successful flight. I was a little upset after I paid extra for the picture and video package and realized you only get ONE picture and ONE video of the multiple pictures and videos taken. It seemed greedy to me and like a total cash grab. Considering the high cost of the activity/package the least they could do is give you that extra minute of footage so you can look back on your entire experience not just half. -_-

If this place is a much fun as the people on their phones, I'm sure it will be epic, thanks Derrek and Adrianna (not Karen) note I never met Karen, and this place is awesome as it simulates freeFall

We enjoyed the overall experience but we found a staff member named Katherine to be quite sassy. Her attitude towards an adult was disrespectful which ruined our time at iFly. It is pricey but the activity is enjoyable. If I were to come again I’d expect better customer service and nicer staff.

Overall good experience. Fast efficient training, they get you flying quickly. Rich was a great instructor, he's patient. At the end, they threw in some free-bee pics and videos.

Wow, what an experience! The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This 63 year old gal wasn't sure what she was in for, but it was an amazing experience. Can't wait to go again!

Wow, I didn't do the inside skydiving. But enjoyed watching my family members do it. I highly recommend this place to partake or just go and watch. So much laughter, adrenaline and just FUN FUN.

Went here today (12.9.18) and had a blast! Everyone was super friendly and especially our instructor, which I forget his name now but he is from Jersey. The educational video was short and informative and the entire process of getting "geared up" went smoothly! My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves! On the second go around my husbands back was bothering him so I took his turn and had over 2 minutes in the tunnel- SO fun! I did feel a little dizzy towards the end and our instructor so graciously brought me a bottled water! I REALLY wish there was a way to tip the instructor on your card. There was a tip jar and we dont carry cash on us. If there was an option to add a tip at the end via card we would have loved to do that! Overall 10/10!

They offer 4,6 and 10 minute packages at discounted rates after your initial session. It is excellent and exciting for all ages. Highly recommend!

The very compassionate and knowledgeable staff, will train you for everything you will experience here.
You will always remember your first time, and will return again and again.
It's truly addictive, and in no time, you'll be an expert, and who knows, before long you will be jumping out of a plane.

Went for a kids birthday party. It's definitely a unique experience and lots of fun but for the price and limited time you spend "flying" I doubt I'd go back. The employees are friendly and informative and the location is nice inside and clean.

I bought a gift card in a November with the intention of giving it to my friend for Christmas. Unfortunately he passed away and I was unable to give it to him.

When I called to ask for a refund I was told, "Sorry but if you check the back of the card it says no refunds. You should give it to someone else. "

It's literally not that hard to refund my small giftcard. But apparently since they already have my money, they don't care.

Bought this is a Christmas present for family. Went to watch. Was worth every dime they had the time of their lives!

Great. The instructor was very helpful and I had allot of fun even though there was a line. In all it was great.

Had a great first experience here today. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone really makes you feel welcome, at ease & ready to fly. They really know what they're doing. Can't wait to go back!

Indoor sky diving? Who knew? This was really cool. Unique experience and a break from the regular dinner and a movie! Experience the exhilaration of sky diving without the danger of getting splatted!

Seriously fun and entertaining. Online reservation system is tricky when making multiple reservations with multiple codes. But calling would always be recommended with that I suppose. We had two purchased codes and only one of them went through, so next time we'll call to confirm.
