This was my first experience and the Customer service was amazing! I give them a 10/10. Story slayed my brows.

Story was fast and efficient. It was my first time getting my brows tinted and they turned out great, along with my brow threading. Kyra was very pleasant and welcoming and the music selection was awesome. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area and recommend it to someone else.

Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable. Very gentle and a good listener. Highly recommend her!

I glam lab and a wonderful tech Akane came to my rescue. I had eyelash extensions, put on my eyes from a different company and I looked like an old street walker. I was frantic I needed to get these off! I left emails and tects and 3 voice mail messaged on Friday explaining to this person and. I stiill haven’t received s call back. I needed help. I had to get these extensions off immediately. I contacted i glam lab lash and beauty. I told them of my dilemma, and they gave me an appointment within two hours. I got there and Akane was just wonderful. Nice and gentle removed those eyelashes within 30 minutes and she also was able to tint my eyebrows which I had originally wanted from the first person and she couldn’t do it. I just want to say that this is a place you should be going for any eyelash extensions or eyebrows waxing whatever they are Absolutely wonderful.

Shianne did a wonderful job! I got a lash lift and tint and it looks perfect! The salon is also very beautiful and it was a very relaxing experience.

Stopped in while in Jacksonville because my brows NEEDED it. I got them threaded and they look so clean and sharp. I called and booked the appointment seamlessly. I got there and waited about 6 minutes and she took me back and was done fairly quickly. She apologized a few times for running a few minutes behind but I didn’t mind because it wasn’t a long wait. The receptionist and the woman who did my brows were both friendly and courteous. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

My first visit was this evening & I will be a returning customer. After going to another place for my eyebrows for over 10 years and gambling every time I go there on whether or not my eyebrows would come out good. Story cleaned my eyebrows up & they look so good.

The Place Is Simply Amazing…

I Enjoyed The Whole Experience From The Cold Waiting Area To The Comfy Cozy Lash Booths And Chairs. Sooo I Get My Eyebrow Consultation First, They Were Running Behind Already So It Pushed My Time Back My Consultation Ran Over So That Initially Pushed My Eyelash Experience Back Dramatically. Sooo Instead Of Getting The Microblading Done She Instructed Me On What Microshading Was And Suggested On Tinting Until My Next Appointment. Basically I’d Work Myself Into The Microblade And Not Initially Go Into It. Soo She Threads My Brows In Which I Know It Was Hard To Shape And Get Somewhat Congruent. That’s Fine And Cute …. Next It’s My Eyelash Experience In Which I’d Been Dying For Since I Made My Appointment. I Felt As If She Had Rushed My Appointment Simply Because It Only Took About An Hour And 47 Minutes Even Though I was Snoring and Falling Asleep By The Next Day I Knew She Had Rushed And Didn’t Do As Great of A Job As I’d Hoped. The Lashes Were Falling Off As I Blinked Felt Like. By The Third Day I was Beginning To Look Like I Only Gotten My Brows Done. So After Maybe 2 More Days I Called In. Now I Know I Don’t Have Long Luxurious Strong Lashes But That’s Why I Went To See Them. I But It Was The Fact That The Lashes Were Falling Off Fast And With Such Ease With No Water To Them Only The Humidity I Suffered From The Door To The Car. Not Sure If The Initial Humidity From The Rain Had Jacked Up My New MegaVolume Set But My Brows Were Still On Fleek. Long Story Short I Called They Listened They Sent Me A Link To Confirm My Appointment And Within Like 20 Minutes I Went Onto My Break And Tried To Confirm And By Then They Had Sent Another Message Saying I Took Too Long To Confirm Basically…. So Now I’m Like Okkayy April Fool’s, You Know Ashton Kutcher Come Out Now! No Response No Answer No New Messages No Nothing. I Felt Played I Didn’t Call Back Didn’t Follow Up Or Anything. I Just Want My Money Back In FULL INCLUDING MY GAS. I’ll Just Find Another Eyelash Bar To Enjoy. The One That’s Right For Me

Let’s get to the basics, they don’t even have a caller id? And you send messages to book appointments and have a receptionist who doesn’t take your call seriously and notes wrong number. All this hype with positive reviews and probably they no longer care about new customers. Thanks for wasting my entire day and making me drive all the way to say I didn’t click on a link to confirm appointment which I never even received. Billion dollar worth salons like ulta also still call their customers to confirm appointments, and you have a receptionist doing what exactly? Beautiful place but poor execution

Let me first just say how "smell good" this place smells when you first walk in the door! A-ma-zing! The customer service at the door to my girl, Story, was top notch. I truly felt comfortable my whole time there! We had nice converstion, and she even allowed me to add an upper lip thread last minute. (Apologies) My actual service had me blushing so hard! Story did an awesome job on my brows! She paid attention to my crazy eyebrows even though they grow in every direction smh; and finally, the eyebrow fill in! I was like, "girl, yaaassss! " She had me looking like a whole new woman! I will most definitely be returning! THANK YOU, LADIES!

Very natural look it should be a little fuller. No real impact. I will try Classic instead of Hybrid some came off thats because of the wreck less job I had done in NY. Service is excellent front desk Taylor and Jessica.

I never did lashes before so I call and Joha at the front desk made me comfortable and answer all my questions and Shianne help me find what I want and it all looks good on me

I drive pass this place often, did a double take on the current state of my eyebrows and knew I need to stop driving past this place and actually stop in (my eyebrows were ROUGH). I called around 6pm and they were able to get me in same day at 7pm. AMAZING work, CLEAN environment and very cute decor. Janet at front desk was sweet and professional. Geizy was sweet and worked her magic on these brows. Already booked my next session!

I’m new to JAX and had been looking for a place to do my lashes and brow waxing. Taylor did not disappoint she was very welcoming and skillful in her craft. Even Joha at the front desk made me feel welcomed. Thank you ladies at iGlam Lash & Beauty you are a class act!

I love this spot. I had never gotten extensions before coming here and was nervous but everyone who works here is fantastic, they’re so patient and so sweet! The atmosphere is so comfortable. Taylor and Akane are great and do amazing work! I will always come back here!

Naomi was super sweet and chill. Will definitely use her again. And it was the cutest place!

I was becoming a regular at Iglam. First I saw Gracie. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my eyelashes to look like and she did a wonderful job. Gracie was full so I booked with Shianne for my next visit. I seen Shianne around 4 times I showed her the picture of what I wanted and every single time I came out I had completely different eyelashes. They were so bad the last appointment they comp me a 1 week visit. The last time I went in I sat her down and I made sure she understood what I wanted and when she was done they still were not correct. I was left with gapping in between my eyelashes and eyelashes that were all different directions. I called in and let the receptionist know what had happened. She told me she was going to comp me the 35$ eyelash removal and but she will not comp me on the full set that Shianne messed up which would be 175$ Then the receptionist started talking over me and would not let me speak and was blaming the situation on me. The service I received was terrible. I’m not normally the one to complain or leave reviews but I had to let this be known. Because eyelashes are expensive and you can’t do that to someone.

I had my lashes done at different place because you guys are far away from me and I have 2 kids that are under 4. When I came back to Iglam I paid for leaving trust me. You guys charge for that. So you’re telling me that just because I went to a different place that excuses the 3 to 4 other appointments I had with her. If the epiphany you had below is true don’t you think your “experienced” service technician would have told me to start from scratch? I actually appreciate your reply it further proves that you and your employees are in the business of confrontation and neglect of accountability. I would have came back if your employee and now yourself wouldn’t have been so argumentative and kurt. The fourth to fifth fill is a new lash so there’s no excuse for that. I should have been comp for that. Your establishment seems to have a huge disconnect between customer service and foundational skill. If you were smart you would have spent the time you wrote this ridiculous reply to fix that instead.

Love it! Shianne was phenomenal! Visiting from Dallas with my girlfriend and we looked up this place and made a last minute appointment for eyebrow tint. The place is beautiful and THE best customer service ever! Thank you!
