Luis does a wonderful job for us in Key West. He is courteous and respectful, and he's trustworthy, all of which are important since the iguana control team has access to all of our backyards. He's also just a super nice guy. I recently had a lost cat, and Luis was very kind and took a picture of my "lost pet" poster, so that he could keep an eye out for my cat as he went all over the island doing his work. He didn't have to do that, but it was a very kind gesture, and I really appreciated it. (The cat eventually came back after a week away!)

If you require assistance in removing an iguana, contact Rick T. While I was in my office, I heard a shuffling sound coming from the showroom. Despite searching, I couldn't find anything. However, upon entering the warehouse and looking back, I noticed that the iguana had climbed up one of our tall mosaic racks and was sitting on top. I went across the street and asked for help from Rick. He promptly came over and successfully captured the iguana, returning it to the outdoors. I initially contacted the owner, Tom, who is extremely knowledgeable and gets amazing results. My house has Ficus hedges on 3 sides and it was full of iguanas. Before I contacted Iguana Control, on a sunny day, I would see up to 10 iguanas per day! He sent technicians, Ryan, Alejos and Robert, all 3 technicians are amazing!

Currently Ryan is the technician servicing our property. He is extremely polite, professional, respectful, kind, always texts me before he comes to my home and most importantly he gets results.
