IHOP, West Melbourne FL

We came in this location for the first time to eat lunch and I ordered Big Steak omelette. It was served crispy and burned (eggs & hush browns we’re toasted).
This is my forever favorite every time I got to IHOP restaurant but this is the worst of all the omelette served.

There was only one waitress and one cook. I ordered the sampler platter and the food came out cold, hash browns were really crunchy, the only thing that came out hot was the coffee. I won't be going back.

Arrived at an off time for breakfast. Reception good, receiving menu very good. Receiving coffee quickly after ordering. Food came out in good time. The food was good and tasty. The coffee however had an after taste as the cream may have been to old.

Food was excellent with a variety of unique options! I got the cheesy chicken bacon ranch entree and it was tasty. They also had specialty lemonades that were also very enjoyable! The only downside was the waitress' rambunctious children waiting for her in the booth closest to the back, which is right by where they sat us, and the server who made it a point that we knew they were brand new and were clueless about the menu and didn't care to find the answers we were looking for. New location so very clean and up- to- date. I would go there again.

Waitress warned us that the service was slow today but I wasn't prepared for an hour fifteen minutes

Very impressed with this IHOP location! Everyone was friendly, welcoming and positive! SHOUTOUT TO OUR SERVER, CANDACE! She was professional, patient, attentive and friendly. Another shoutout to the cook who made the perfect omelette! Excellent day to start the day. Thanks again!

For this to be a newer location, they really need to work on customer service and order accuracy. To place a to go order and have to wait 45-50 minutes to have the order come out and not be right is not what I expected. I'll never visit this location again!

Wait time to get a table was fine. Order taken in good time. Both orders were wrong and food was luke warm at best. Waitress took 4 minutes to get mashed potatoes and gravy for one order and 15 minutes for cheese to put on eggs on the other order. Eggs were gone by the time she brought the cheese. She forgot the syrup until the pancakes were cold. Don't recommend until service improves.

A cup of coffee was over $3.00, and if you ask for an extra plate or sauce, you’ll wait over 5 minutes. The waitress wasn’t friendly either!

Pancakes had different batter inside then. The eggs were old, it was like they made them the day before and warmed them up, they also had a small mosquito in them. The bacon looked fine, but I did not eat them. Do not waste your time at this location!

Flap my Jacks! We had a great breakfast. Crepes, omelets, bacon, eggs, hash browns, coffee. With a side of pleasant service.
