IHOP, Lake Worth Beach FL

This is the best ihop of west palm beach! The food is excellent, the best pancakes and the bacon temptation omelette cooked to perfection! Never get tired of going there.

We walked in at 12: 40 tonight. We were stunned when the waiter told us it would be 15-20 minutes to seat us. There was one table of 6 the rest of the restaurant was empty. Even the cook asked the waiter if he took care of us. He said yes I have this covered. Now I know the waitress who worked this shift left a couple of weeks ago, but you need to get someone who can multi task. No wonder your place was empty. And it will continue with that guy. This is just ridiculous.

Everything was great, except a cook, which seemed to have a caught and was caughting all over the grill and prep area without a mask.

Very slow for pick up orders and rude when it comes to picking up not dining in, plus they try to give wrong size drink for pick up, a smaller size

The waitress Kimmie is amazing! My daughter and I go every Tuesday night and she is always there with a smile. She works in the one on Lake Worth road and Military Trail.

Over crowded.the 6$ breakfast was charged as$11.74.2×"s more than the info.on table stated. No coffee, people walking into my car when I was waiting to open the car door? No'one cashing me out so I could leave but waitress hovering to check tip, a manager picked check it up saw it was overcharged, put it down says, so you want to leave, (as people coming in pushing where I was standing by cash register.)
I'm nice I left 20% but knew I'd never go back.
This is a time that when you say never, you mean it.

Worst experience ever. Only 1 server/hostess. She was busier bussing tables than she was serving. We ended up walking out because we were tired of waiting.

This Ihop never has milk shakes I don't know if the manager never orders ice cream or the waitress never want to make them but every time I go, night or day "we don't have milk shakes" EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.it's a joke

Me and my mother went here on a Saturday morning it was very busy but we were seated a couple minutes after walking in. It took about 20 to 25 minutes for our food to come to our table but there was no issue with our dishes. I had the big steak omelette with an substitution of egg whites and hash brown on the side. My omelette was cook to perfection as well as my hash brown. The pancakes were nice and fluffy.

The service is horrible, they don't take good care of you, and don't give you your full change. The old brunette yelled at me very ugly Just for complaining about my change.

I have nothing. I got a seat in the middle isle and watched all the waitres pass me, and help every one else come in after me and did not even acknowledge my present I got up and leave sad to say but I will never come back to this location. No customer service at all

Great place, the food was good in general, but the new menu item, the eggs benedict were overcooked, liked hard boiled eggs.

The server Maxwell (Max) there has superior service. That of a fine dining restaurant. And the food has always been delicious. I used to come here as a kid. I've just recently moved back in the area and the few times I've visited in the last 2 years has been a consistent experience.

We came in waited 20 minutes or so got seated and the server didn't know we were waiting to order so we waited another 30 minutes for her to take our order. Then the order was wrong. What a mess so unprofessional. The food was cold when we got it and came out at all different times. Not happy at all with the experience.

Had a great breakfast. Eggs and bacon cooked perfectly and wait staff were friendly and efficient.

Not only did this team handle a morning that had a to go order every single minute from 10-12pm on Mother’s Day, they also kindly waitlisted and sat and served an entire restaurant of people. The manager was helpful to his team in every facet of the word. I’m honestly Shocked how kind every server and kitchen worker was. In that HIGH stress environment with people banging down the door, they offered pancakes with a smile. Absolutely restored my faith in humanity. Every member of staff that worked Mother’s Day, you should all be very proud of yourselves. Thank you so much

I was just there about 30 minutes ago with my 3 kids (including an overtired toddler) and this waitress was working by herself, I wish I would’ve gotten her name to give credit where credit is due because she was so kind, patient and even funny which made it that much easier to enjoy my dinner. Also, the food was great! A few years ago I would’ve given a 1 but clearly they’ve done something different! Clean restaurant, nice staff and good food! I think it would be much busier if people knew this place has made huge improvements!

When did IHOP start selling silver dollar sized pancakes as normal size. I've gone to IHOP and accepted many changes such as removing pigs in the blanket but to reduce the size of your pancakes then furthermore try to convince us that was the size all along us ludicrous

I went to ihop this morning around 1: 30am coming back from a trip. As soon as i walked in the server said “I’m not serving anymore customers” while four people were sitting in there eating. I was kinda confused because it says 24hrs but apparently she was closed not ihop

I just got some eggs and they looked uncooked played with just nasty like why do some people play with things people have to eat that’s just not right!
