IHOP, Pompano Beach FL

If I had to give 0 stars I would, order was wrong at the beginning so i had to wait 20 minutes for my actual order, I ordered the buffalo chicken tenders and one of them was raw on the inside, threw my whole order away and am completely disgusted this is a health hazard

This place is dirty and gross blood on bathroom floor and garbage not thrown away! I will not be going back but health dept should!

We experienced a friendly staff with delicious food. We went around noon on Sunday morning. Immediate seating was available.

This place needs to be closed down and remodeled.
Ants on the table, inside the syrup bottle.
Slow service. Ordered crepes, returned them.
Just Terrible experience.

Yes IHOP have came a long ways I had a steak eggs Benedict had my friend had chicken fajita omelette that was very good and fresh do that we was traveling in late hours was very pleased surprised more

Waited 28 minutes for someone to take our order, 30 more till our drinks were out (drinks, since when pouring a Pepsi take 30min?) another 45 for our food to be out. We keep looking their way and they kept ignoring our table. Mind you, the restaurant had only 3 more other parties.
Costumer attention, less than a star. We almost walked out to the Seven eleven but they brought our drinks right as we started thinking of it.
Unless you have a really good convo with the people you are with and feel like spending 2 hours of your time here

Unfortunately, but every time we went to this location, the kitchen always didn't have some products.
Yesterday we paid $40 for eggs and we waited for them for 30 minutes. There was only one cook and the floor was busy.
The servers are nice but if you're in a hurry this location might not be the best.

I still wonder why this place is still open after seeing a ROACH in someone’s omelette and IM NOT JOKING AT ALL

It's quite unfortunate that this IHOP warrants even One Star, I was there about 2 months ago, the kid that served us, went right back to vaping, like we interrupted him. This time around, 2 days ago whole new crew, horrible service, the food was disgusting, the eggs were floating in oil, everything tasted like onions and there was no structure, I quickly exited and found another IHOP. I won't be back to this one.

Sirloin Tips were cooked to perfection. Took forever to get food and when we got it the sides were cold. The waitress was awesome

June 15,9: 57am. Table #16.check 5844 for $68.83 without tip. Attended by Mrs. Melany. The entire order was a disaster: 1° We asked for 2 regular orange juices and she brought apple juice, then she brought kids juices and the third one she finally brought what we asked for but she never brought water. 2° She brought a dish that we had not ordered and when we told her that this was not it, she insisted that it was, until we had her review the order and then she realized that she had made a mistake. 3° We had ordered 1 Sirloin with mushrooms and she brought us tips of sirloin with onion and bell pepper, at that moment she told us that this was what we had ordered, again, then we asked her for the menu and it was then that she told us that they did not have mushrooms and neither steak, they only had tips. 4° We ordered pancakes with blueberry and she forgot, she brought them when we were leaving. 5° We ordered salmon and when we asked for lemon, she told us that they didn't have lime 6° the place has mosquitoes. 7° The table next to ours was full of ants. 8° She brought the butter we ordered after we were almost done eating. 9° We asked for takeaway containers because we couldn't be there anymore because of the mosquitoes and I had to go get them myself. This place is a mess, there were 2 manager girls who are definitely not doing their job. The food was pretty good but I don't recommend going to this place.

I ordered food this waiter was really rude to us.they also didn't have the dine in option instead he made us order to go.why bother to keep the location open if you going to not have people sit ans eat

Tried to order online for pick up for my family because i live right next door. Website said i had to contact the store directly. I call the store, and the girl who answers me tells me she’s going to get a manager to help me out; to which I then sat on hold for 10 minutes with no one ever coming back on the line. My mom and sister go to the store to sit down and eat and get my food for takeout. The hostess seats them, their server greets them, and then told them that they have to pay in cash because their CC machines are down. It seems like they just don’t want business?

This was THE worst IHOP I have ever visited.

We were a group of 4 and it was not terribly crowded.

We all placed our orders at the same time, however it took more than 1 hr 30mins for my food to arrive; long after two of the other guests in my group had finished their food.

The worst part about it was the lack of communication from the staff. We had to actively track them down repeatedly to ask for an update on our order, and we obviously couldn't leave because half of our party had already started eating.

We never got any refills for our coffee or water the entire time we were there; despite asking for it.

When my eggs Benedict order finally arrived, there was no hollandaise sauce, and it was the wrong one.

Another member of my group ordered toast and pancakes with their omelette; the omelette came right away and the toast and pancakes came more than an hour later. (How long does it take to make buttered toast? -_-)

The manager acknowledged that they were 'having issues' and offered us $10 off our meal as compensation for a totally unacceptable experience, while another group that had not waited as long as we did; received their meal free of cost.

Needless to say this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will continue to avoid this location in the future.

For reference I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the numerous other IHOP locations I have been a patron at; especially Niagara Falls, this one is just unfortunately very poorly managed.

Worst ihop ever been in my life we came at 11: 00 am and and 12: 30 and they waitress say they was doing the pick up order first un a almost two hours waiting how is that possible they take care more the Huber order that the people is there we have 4 children I will give 0 star but i can’t horrible place

The time the food came out, the family order did not come together. My child was finished by the time my wife's order came out.

Useless standing here for 10min do not get greated nor sat bunch of staff walking and staring and empty tables! Wow

The place is completely empty in the middle of the day. I felt so bad for the 3 employees. They were training a new chef, so we understood about the mix up. The young waitress was awesome. Such a pleasant personality and attentive.

The worst IHOP I have ever been bad. Customer service had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for my food. My eggs were cold, and my milkshake was watery well not recommend it for anyone
