IHOP, Orange Park FL

Wanted to try a new item on their menu, waitress brought me out the wrong food. It was a plant based meal which was horrible! She told me if I wanted what I ordered I would have to wait awhile! Seriously, you would think she would go right back to the kitchen and ask them to please make what I ordered. She thought by bringing out a dish of avocado would save the day. Will not be back!

Came about 9pm on a random Wednesday only the groups here so there was no wait. Roni was our waitress and she is awesome and don't the job of the people but she is great. The food was good and the place was clean. She kept the drinks coming and the food came out quick. We will definitely be back and roni needs a raise.

Beware! We dined in. The food and service was very subpar, however we made no complaints. We did not eat all of the food and did not take it to go so this should have been a clue to the staff. We Paid and also gave a generous cash tip despite feeling dissatisfied. BUT what has really set me off is after several days they have added extra charges to my original transaction! The employees there seem to be addicts and this is further proof, junkie shenanigans! Adding extra "tips" I did not authorize. This has been disputed and I'm waiting to hear back from my bank! This is totally unacceptable

It's always cold in there the food took a while to get and it wasn't hot we received that food the service staff was okay I don't think I'll go back again

Last time I'm going to ihop. I have gave several locations many chances and this one was the straw that broke the camels back. The place was filthy, the food was cold and taste poor after a hour wait. The staff was ok at best.

The service was fabulous. Everyone was friendy. Coffee hot table clen and server fast and courteous

The hostess did her best. However the food was substandard, the restaurant was not clean. A poor representation of a well known company.

Normally a good time but today I waited an hour for my food. Saw my server once maybe twice and never again. We sat there so long another sever asked if our order had been taken. Horrible, horrible service. It will be awhile before I go back.

Usually my go to when I come in town to see my family but this past time they seemed under staffed and it effected out experience

Fast and courteous service. Can't complain one bit. Not that anyone would listen if I did anyways. Lol.

The hostess is very rude and acts like a manager when she's not. The servers touch the food with their bare hands before they bring it out and the manager is a joke.

The food was just okay, the service was fantastic and you could tell it was a place all the locals hang out-people were friendly

Ordered on doordash. They forgot one of our items and my grilled cheese was just some shredded cheese sprinkled onto bread. Hardly any cheese. Waste of 8 bux.

Didn’t not give no good customer service at all. The waiters Walkin all over the store an not even paying attention an talking amongs eachother! Last time for sure
