IHOP, Orlando FL

My party and I were seated quickly which is a plus. Unfortunately, the assigned waitress served another table that arrived 15 minutes after my party. Which was very unfair to us. This error was brought to the waitress attention immediately. Thereafter the waitress approached my party unprofessionally & with an attitude. Again, unfairness to us. At this point, there was NO way my party & I would accept any service from this waitress. Made me & my party felt extremely disrespected on the highest level. Never have I experienced such an awful experience at the IHOP establishment.

Lastly, the day was saved by Frontline manager Omega. Thank God for her professionalism and kind words to us later all right and said it's straight and she way above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel wanted and accepted.

Thank God for Ms. Omega and may God continue to bless this young

Well, I must admit, pancakes are great, but everything else is just average with high-end price tags. Notably, the French toast is lacking, across the street at Denys, the French toasts are much better, and the cost for a family of 4 is less.

A few years ago IHOP was one of the best breakfast places in the United States, this one in Orlando I had visited before and it was quite good, but this last time I was completely disappointed, the food is not what it used to be, since the presentation of the dishes, even the quality of the food, before they had 4 or 5 types of honey on the table, now only two, anyway I don't think I'll be back, it's a shame

Very messy. The windows between the tables had marks all over them it was pretty bad as far as cleanliness goes but the people were nice.

Pamela was a fabulous server, even with the restaurant being so busy. The food was delicious!

Well, this visit was a disappointment. I haven't been to IHOP in over a year. Their new spring/summer 2023 menu looked appetizing, especially the eggs Benedict. My son and I ordered those but the long wait turned into instant regret. The eggs were so well done, my son and I had to give the cook a standing ovation. I told the waitress, bless her heart, and she took them back to have them remade. *Road Trip flashback* they came back and were better, almost OK, but still not runny enough. The pancakes were their signature IHOP pancakes. Let's see what happens when they bring out their fall menu.

Order was under cooked. Food was bland and over priced. Waitress only came to the table to take our order, drop off food and check. Will not be returning to this location.

Food was subpar but could be because they were very busy. Didn’t match the pictures or description. My pancakes were so flat, they were crepes. Hash browns were hash Pattie’s. I had two slices of banana and one strawberry slice on my strawberry banana pancakes. The bathrooms were pretty gross and the soap was questionable. Do not recommend this place and I don’t even know how they have 4 stars.

First time back in 12 years and it was as good as I remember. Tried biscuits and gravy (mixed reaction) but the chicken and waffles were amazing

We went 6: 30am to a 24 hour location. The staff was friendly, chipper, and attentive Food cooked perfectly.

Very busy place but they were on there A game or food was good and my fault was pleased this store is on a very busy road and lots of people come here to eat but they were efficient and fast and got the job done

Compared to Denny’s I didn’t think the experience was great. Staff were nice but not attentive, one on their phone the whole time and the other chatting to staff so we had to go find staff to get our bill. Food didn’t taste as good as Denny’s in my experience, old oil and cheaper sauces.

It's just not a good place to eat. The service was super slow, I ordered what was on the menu, and after 30 minutes, the waitress came back and told me that they ran out of Ingredients for what I ordered. They also charge me for that item, luckily.j checked the receipts.

I went to visit this IHOP and lined up for more than 1 hour, the food was really made with eagerness. The cooking was not at its point, cold bacon. I finally got sick, I don’t recommend it.
