IHOP, Orlando FL

I ended up walking out. I was there for over 10 minutes, on crutches, and hadn't even been seen by a hostess.

First time here today with my family & we loved it! Jaayo was our server & she was amazing! Definitely coming back.
Also adding a guy named Chuck <could be the manager> was training a new hire close to our table & we could hear how professional & patient he was to that young lady giving her all the details on how to be a great server. Loved this Ihop

Dirty. Always dirty. Kitchen seems understaffed. Most careless service staff. It’s not even worth a last resort

We went to grab a bite to eat. Everyone was being seated while I went to the bathroom. There were roaches in the hallway and the restroom right next to the kitchen. Yuck! I couldn't bring myself to eat here so we all got up and left.

Cute and small location, but a cook who knows their grill and service from people who actually care.

Poor service and mediocre food. Waitress never came back once we had our food. Eggs were watery. Hash browns practically raw. Won't be going back. And, they were not even busy so honestly no excuse.

Food was very good, Staff was amazing, cozy, very fast services, special thanks to our waitresse she was amazing sorry I did not know her name.

Called to place an order and the first time I was left on hold for 15 so I had to call again. Then I was told the order could only be placed online. When I arrive at the location I wait 20 minutes for someone to even address me only to find out that my order was not even placed to begin with. Then I was told I had to wait because they couldn’t do anything to refund me. Terrible service and extremely unprofessional.

I've been coming to this ihop for at least 25 years. I always get a hot meal and everything tastes good. Servers here are always friendly. The only thing I dislike is the greasy floor. I just think it could be a little cleaner.

This IHOP feels like my friends and I secret getaway it's on SR50 which is always busy but yet when we come into the IHOP it's calm and not super busy so it's nice to be able to sit down and chat quietly. Also the food is amazing I love the cupcake pancakes there sweet but not super sweet. If your ever in the area I suggest stopping here.

The food, service, cleanliness, and the overall experience was the worst I have ever witnessed.

Really small place, and but the food is what you are to expect from an IHOP. Parking is scared, especially when they have those juicy specials.

I have been coming here for years with my bestie and we love the service. The only issues is I believe by that there is so much traffic coming in you guys need to do a thorough cleaning and make it fresh again.

I ordered the "Steakburger" from this location to be delivered by Uber Eats. What I got was a burger that was lightly brown on the outside an raw on the inside. I took a picture of the hot mess burger an put it on the Uber app an got a full refund. IHOP should be ashamed of themselves. If you want to get rid of your customers just keep serving up raw food an you'll have no problem watching them disappear. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worse IHOP experiance ever!

Not the cleanest. The syrup was stuck in a puddle inside the holder. Small portions and not much seating or parking. Overall no better than Wafflehouse

We had insatiable hungers for pancakes.for, like a year. Found a 24 hour IHOP close to us (relative as it was still a 30 minutes drive time) Arrived to many rude, loud people picking up to-go orders. Finally seated to find 1 chef, 1 server, another server/cashier.people Yelling & cursing about not having their food. Fights breaking out, a bathroom being trashed. Doors being locked. People running out on their orders. Police called arrived as we were leaving. I must say for awhile I was in fear. Waiting for someone's guns to come out. Throughout all this happening, Kenny remained professional, courteous, and focused. His multi-tasking abilities are on point. KENNY DID A GREAT JOB IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION! Loved the Mexican vanilla & caramel pancakes

This place is always extremely busy and usually there's a wait. I have had call-ahead orders that I've picked up and I love the convenience of this IHOP participating in ubereats. I've eaten in the restaurant a few times but I didn't like the atmosphere it was a little dingy and it could stand a renovation.

Awful experience. Went on Memorial Day, so we expected it to be busy and that we'd have to wait. We sat for nearly 25 minutes without anyone so much as looking in our direction. I understand being busy, and didn't expect to be taken care of immediately but a simple look in our direction and a quick "I'll be with you in a minute" would have sufficed. When the two waiters in our area both decided to look after parties who were seated after us, we finally gave up and left unserved.
