IHOP, DeBary FL

My family and I had a great time this evening at the Debary location. Our server Staci was fantastic. She made sure our order was perfect, and our drinks were never empty. It was such a friendly atmosphere, which is much needed in this day and age. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. I definitely plan to return sometime soon, and I hope Staci is our server again <3

This is my favorite IHOP location as everyone is always super friendly! Saturday night is also my favorite time to go due to Staci and Alex and their premium service and hometown warmth; they make a great team. You can taste the love in the food! Thank you for being the best international house of pancakes.

The waitress was the only waitress on shift on a Saturday night. Very busy could barely keep up. The food was too salty. Including the bacon. Waited almost 15 minutes just for drinks to be ordered. Another 15 minutes for food. So we filled up on drinks. We spent $70+. Almost got charged for an extra drink. Highly dissatisfied.

Today visiting this establishment to have dinner with family turned out to be very disappointing to say the least. After waiting over 1 hour for food to arrive. The wife’s avocado had black fuzz on it. After being there so long, we told our waitress hoist bring the check, forget the toast. What I observed was truly more troubling. The poor waitress (not the sharpest tool in the shed) was all by herself with no help at all. She was hostess, bussing tables, taking orders, cashier, and dispatching takeout orders. I give it to the young lady for trying, but at one point she had 5 tables to wait on while people kept coming in. I blame management for not keeping up with their employees schedule and not leave the store short staffed.

I sent this review to franchise owner on same day of visit. As of 2/20/21 this owner has not responded. I wrote corporate to at least get an acknowledgment Today visite 2/20/21 and waited 20 minutes for a cup of black coffee and a cup of water.

I am not sure what kind of person reads? A review of IHOP but probably the same kind that is willing to write one. You should know what to expect. Basic food in a some what clean environment. The service is usually good and the only time you will have trouble is if you come in after the bars close

The service is great though a little slow, the parking lot is a bit confusing but not terrible. The food is good. A good place to stop by on a whim. Just a few nic pick things such as the parking lot and service spped as I previously said

My server was Martha. Always great service from her Kathy, and Debbie. The food is good. Bathrooms are kept clean. Highly recommended.

Service was slow waitress was slow to get to you even though you were sitting there for 15 minutes half of your food that you ordered half was hot the other half was cold very inadequate experience not at all up to IHOP standards

Not bad food service was a little slow but the server was nice I think it was just one of those nights

Very cheerful waitress. Food was very tasty. I had a bacon, Turkey and avacodo wrap. The taste was good but the wrap was dry and falling apart. Onion rings were very good, not greasy. Waitress right on the ball with drink refills.

Overall the foods pretty good. But I went in and asked for a booth and she said there was none available And they’re clearly were and wanted to put me at a table and I said no I would prefer a booth and all I got was eye rolling and Attitude

It took awhile to be seated which i didn't mind at first. When we finally got seated the waitress told us twice she would be right with us and never came for about 20 minutes. He the kicker (SHE ONLY HAD TWO OTHER TABLES) then she tried to charge me for things we didn't get. She probably should try to find another line of work because being a waitress she isn't any good at!

We always say we are not going back to eat here but when we are tired of the usual places we eat, somehow we end up there. Almost as if we try to block out how bad it was the last time and hope that it will be better. We are usually the only customers and usually only one waitress/waiter and still have to wait. If your looking for delicious pancakes they have them but consider getting your dinner from somewhere else.

This place is the worst ever. All I hear is the servers fighting over table assignments and took over 20 mins to get my drink cause they couldn't decide who was gonna serve me this place needs a complete overhaul from management down. Horrible services hands down.

You know what.the food isn't always EXACTLY five star worthy, BUT the lovely ladies who wait on the customers most definitely ARE! I've NEVER had a bad experience here, whether it was 7am or 9pm, their wait staff are ALWAYS outstanding and made a parent who brought his toddler out for breakfast feel welcome and helped tremendously! The food is tasty, and the service is great!

Love their breakfast. Register was down so waitress came back to table to make sure she had my order correct before sending it back. Quick service. Nice employees.

Get ready to step into the ghetto of no service. Trash employees! Truly Ghetto as it comes. Waste of a good restaurant!

Food came out hot and within a reasonable time. The server was very good the only thing was the hash browns were disappointing it was not the real thing

They forgot my bacan, bacon, bacan, she did not put it on my order that was why i stop my be next time?
