IHOP, Fleming Island FL

We were seated after standing for ten minutes waiting, which is understandable, they were busy. But then we sat for another 10 minutes watching waitresses walk from table to table in our section, helping customers. Then someone that appeared to be a manager sat two people directly across from and proceeded to find the waitress for our section, my thought was “okay, cool, they’re gonna come take our orders too! ” But she didn’t. This manager person got the waitress to specifically take the order of the people he JUST seated, while we had been sitting for about 15 minutes now at this point.

I don’t recommend going to a place with that kind of service mentality.

I love coming here for friendly and consistent service. Oh and the poblano steak omelet was fantastic!

We visit this IHOP often and it's always good usually busy on Sunday mornings but the service is as fast as it can be for a busy morning

I ordered crepes.they were raw when served, Hardly cooked

Came to try the burgers and was disappointed. There was not any endless fries and the burgers were just average. They should stick to pancakes.

The service was excellent, the French Toast was cooked to perfection. Bacon was extra crispy just how I liked it. Really outstanding service, and was above what usually was what I had experienced in the past.

My waiter talked and served the man I was with asked him how his food was apologized about not having smokehouse.and didnt ask me if my food was ok If I needed a condiment like I was not there. I never liked this place. I wont be back.

IHOP-STILL the place to go for pancakes, waffles & breakfast. Burger menu greatly expanded. Lush and dinner anytime. Staff fast, friendly and helpful.

Great service, seated fast, order was put in and got it served fast. Waitress checked on us many times to make sure our food was satisfied and had our drinks filled. Would go back any time.

Server was filling up another person's drink at our table, I asked for a refill his response was a bothered fine. He rarely walked by table. Food is cheap but only cause it's comparable to fast food.

Kitchen was understaffed, food took almost an hour to reach the table, my burger was under cooked, and my wife and daughters food was cool to the touch, which isn't appealing for over easy eggs and grits.

Best place for breakfast in the area.made the mistake of going to Stefanie's bistro one Sunday and it was aweful. I'm sticking to Ihop

Always a good choice if you want Amwrican-style cooking. Something for everyone. +55 menu shaves a bit off the final bill. Staff ia always pleasant.

When the waiter brought out the plates for the appetizers they were dirty, pointed it out he was very nice and brought new plates. When he brought our main meal, which was two hamburgers those plates were dirty and there was strawberry juice on the lettuce of my hamburger. Very unfortunate use to love coming to this place but will never be coming back now.

We visited IHOP on Easter Sunday and had an extremely pleasant experience. The food was great (though somewhat pricey) and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service was terrible had to hu t someone down to ger more coffee and water. The coffee was bitter and the pancakes were tough

Very disappointed in the service and the food. I guess we went outside of the normal, we wanted eggs and we wanted to substitute the pancakes for wheat toast. They brought us back eggs and pancakes we asked for the wheat toast, and wheat toast never got there until almost we were through with our meal.my eggs happened to be very very small I don't know if they're using small eggs or what I don't have a clue. May have been just a bad day for them

They were super busy and short staffed but despite the situation the staff did a great job. The food came out hot and it was great.

We had 55 senior breakfast. Perfect portions and great omlet with pancakes
Everything was outstanding including the service.

Food was not very warm, and other people were returning their food. I wouldn't do this I-Hop again.
