The experience in dealing with your funeral director, Jonathan, was beyond terrible, almost beyond description. We have not stopped speaking about a funeral director that never once said the words " my condolences" or "sorry for your loss". Instead he said "we are bending over backwards for you" when saying he was charging us over $600 to have the body moved from Miami to Palm Beach Gardens when the deceased had literally died 10 minutes from the cemetery and was somehow mistakenly taken south and hour and a half. When we met with him he literally threw the folder across the table at my wife telling her to read the document carefully to make certain the Death Certificate will be accurate. When she pointed out the social security number was wrong he accused her of giving his staff the wrong number on the phone. He had no response when it was pointed out that "Star of David" was misspelled "Stra of David" on the same form. It was almost like it was a TV show about the world's worst funeral director.

Adam and Kristine (Blount & Curry) were amazing in helping the family work through the planning details and providing the necessary information. They and the other staff members were supportive and showed great care to ensure my brother's Celebration of Life service was a positive experience. The Life Story Displays, the venue, and the catering were beautifully organized and arranged!

We received compassionate and top quality services. They took care of every little detail. My office provides guardianship services, and we are happy to use them over and over. They are very professional and guide us on every step of the way. We always recommend them to the families that we work with.

Staff were kind, respectful, and flexible. They mad a difficult and sad day less stressful. It helped that my mother had pre-arranged and paid for most things in advance. I will do this so my family will have less of a burden, when I go.

From my initial phone conversation with Gail prior to my Dad’s passing, to meeting Gail, Gina and Terry the day he passed, our experience with IJ Morris at Star of David was exceptional making a very difficult time so much easier.

The customer service was horrible, the people who were working with me were not in the office for the entire day about half the time. I was arranging the funeral from a distance because I could not travel, and this made it very difficult to make the arrangements. Through a survey I recently received I discovered that there were all sorts of things that they did not tell me were available. And once they got paid, the service got even worse. The grounds are very pretty, but there will always be stress involved when thinking about where my parents have been buried.

Your service was seamless and made my experience so much less stressful. I highly recommend you to anyone else in my position.

Nobody's in very good shape when they have to make funeral arrangements. The people at I J Morris and the people with Star of David are the most helpful, compassionate and intelligent that I have ever run across when having to make such arrangements. From the initial call through the completion of the ceremony everything was exactly as represented. It assured a truly beautiful service for my late wife and a much more bearable experience for me.

In a time of great sadness. IJ Morris was wonderful. My mom had prepaid for the funeral. When she passed away all I had to do was make one phone call and everything was taken care of. From getting her at the rehab place where she passed away to getting her from Florida to New York for the funeral. As the expression goes, this was Priceless.
