IKEA, Sunrise FL

It's definitely a busy store and being from West Palm it wasn't that bad of a ride, just loved the oddities

The staff is very helpful. I had a good experience and recommend IKEA for your shopping of just about everything you need for your home.

Always interesting to visit this store I get good ideas. They don't always have what I want but I never leave empty handed

Shopping in a low quality places is not always a good idea, here the employees have very bad tempers, poorly educated people, they shout from one end of the store to the other, they don't know where to find things. They have self check out, but they have to check everything again, so why do they have a self checkout? And they waste almost 20 minutes "re-checking". And with bad actitud… so you need to support 20 minutes at least with someone is throwing away your things, and talks to you as if you were stealing or taking something from them.
We want cheap things, for daily use, yes sure! But the truth is I didn't find anything even for daily use, as that it breaks and you don't care, so it's a total waste of time. I don't recommend it at all. They treat you very badly, if they hate their job, look for another place where you are not in contact with clients. Really bad experience.

Very cool but could get lost for days here so much to see. I see now why they offer food just in case you can’t find the door.

Do not come here unless you have money to spend. This place is incredible and always has something you never knew you wanted or needed. Parking is nearby & loading up is a breeze. Definitely will be back!

Mi 5 stars go to Shane at the self service furniture area. Despite of the place was busy, he was very kind helping me finding my items, showing an excellent customer service. Way to go Shane!

I am from Europe, I love IKEA but I always end up with too many items. Their Swedish buffet is awesome

Huge location they have almost everything for the home. But the quality of Ikea is not that good

It's sad to see that Ikea got stuck in the past. It hasn't evolved at all. It has become overvalued, specially if you are going to build things yourself.

Ikea is mostly cheap Chinese made garbage, But someone had to have this one particular item, so I had to go. Store was clean, staff was rude as usual.

I love IKEA, everything is well designed, everything is arranged in a way that suggests comfort and transmits sensations. In other words, you see each space and it gives you the idea of ​​how it will feel at home. Very interesting.

Nice store with some nice items. Long drive to get there from Pompano Beach. Too much of a maze to get to the section I needed to get to and difficult to find my way out

Visited this furniture store was very nice. I ordered alot of furniture paid for the delivery fee just to find out that they don't have anything available for a week and a half. Which I was fine with because I lived an hour away. I took off work to meet them at there timeframe. They told me which was incorrect. They delivered the furniture and half of my stuff was damaged. I called the customer service to see when they can send a replacement, and they told me two weeks that is unacceptable.not to mention customer service people have no compassion. I paid for the service I will never order from IKEA again and if you're looking for something with your new home or new furniture look elsewhere!

My child was poisoned by salmon. Be careful with food in restaurant.

Shopping furniture is perfect.

This store is full of expensive things that are of very cheap quality. If you want to spend your whole paycheck to buy something that breaks the first day you have it, then this is the place for you.

Don't buy anything unless you are sure to keep it. It's return process sucks. Takes hours to return anything.

Brace yourselves, not only is Ikea the place where divorces are born, now some items are no longer available in the normal self serve warehouse. The shelves that I bought required me to log into their terminal, place the order, get a QR code, go stand in line to purchase, which turned out to be the wrong line, started over in another line, stand in yet another line to present my receipt, then wait 25 min for someone to retrieve it. We decided to grab a cone while we waited (trapped) and they were out of ice cream. Our marriage previously strong is now in question because I swore to my hesitant husband that we would be in and out 15 min tops. Thanks Ikea.

East to find items in the warehouse. One needs patience to put them together.or hire someone to help.

Arguably become the worst IKEA on the area. One can call the CEO and have zero customer service.buyers beware of false advertisement concerning return policy or recalls specifically. If you are missing a screw, don’t bother coming in. After spending thousands on this store, I’m utterly disgusted.
