At this time when hygiene is required everywhere, the bathrooms at Ikea were too dirty and disorganized.

Very dissatisfied. Displays are not nice like they used to be. Must be due to corona virus. Not enough workers and shortage of supplies. Hope it gets better. I used to love going to ikea to look around.

Always clean, it's Ikea, so it lives up to it's reputation. Occasionally out of stock on items, but it's not limited to this store.

Will not go back to the restaurant. We had the chicken tenders, which were nothing but breading, over a very thin slice of chicken. Not a good experience.

Always usually crowded.not really a good time to go.prices are higher than they were 5 years ago, but that's to be expected. Miami's store is bigger and has better selection. Bigger than Jacksonville's store.

My experience was disappointing, since not all items in the showroom are actually in stock when you get to the warehouse. I did much better shopping online and having it delivered.

Bought a dresser for the bedroom, and one of the three boxes came with white pieces even though the box was clearly labeled to bring black pieces. I thought this was not a big deal and something that customer service could easily resolve. When i called customer service the automated answering machine said they could not take my call and hung up. This is a big inconvenience since i live over an hour away from my closest IKEA store. This this very disappointing from such a big company like IKEA.

Store was decent, this review is for the food experience. Coffee machine was broken, all tables were dirty, menu items were unavailable, food from the kitchen was room temperature. Also the lady cashing us out was rude. Will not be visiting this location again.

I would give 5 stars easily if the order on line and pick up in store process was defined better. There are really no directions, arrows, etc.in the customer service area to indicate where to go or what to do. There is a screen that flashes what order numbers are ready for pick up - which would be great - if there was a line to pick them up. People wait, clueless while others who have been there before just walk up and get their items. I love IKEA. I love their products and their prices. The store staff is generally friendly and helpful. It seems as though a store based on efficiency would have a clear cut process for order pickup.

Definitely a 4.9 star rating because the prices you can find here are fenomenal. I do although recommend a store like Kane’s for more profesional furniture, but if you’re looking to assemble your desks and have that modern look or whatever look you’re looking for at all really, here is the place to go. Love the variety and the style but it’s confusing walking through your first time. Definitely a workout. Great customer service, i spend around 1-2 hours in here when i come. Thanks for your service and changing the style of furniture selling forever. Oh and did i mention you can eat in here for amazing prices, yea and like everything else is well priced too. Definitely worth your while.

Love this store. Everything is so organized room by room. Just follow the arrow on the floor to get around.

Couches are too expensive in my opinion. Cups/plates are at a good price but they break easily. Many different set ups though to give you an idea of what you want

If u need an update, this is the place to come! So many new and different things. They have a great table for outdoors for only 69 dollars! As soon as I get back, I'm buying it!

My sister used to love coming here when she lived close by. So I came over several times when I went to visit her. IKEA is always a good time. We would find treasures for her apartment at an unbeatable price. The cafeteria is very accessible too. They have a mini day care when you can drop off your kids while you shop. My niece loved coming in just because of that and we always had a pressure free shopping experience. Businesses should take some notes from IKEA.

I am sorry to say but the furnitures looks very cheep.they might look modern.but the quality not good. You can get other stuff there for a very reasonable price.but I would not recommend the furniture.

Came for the furniture, stayed for the meatballs.well, really I stayed because I can find the exit. Seriously, I cant find the exit! I’ve be walking around in this oversized maze for weeks. HELP ME!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at an IKEA! Lots of folks standing around but no one to assist with anything. They will look up your numbers but don’t count on anybody helping with lifting boxes. Only 2 checkout isles open so it was a 10 min wait there. Had to wait for my Cabinet at the home pick up desk 30 mins. No assistance with loading my truck for another 15 mins! Unbelievable! Never again!

Great fun and experience like always. Always missing something, stock that is there on display, told I can get it online!

Store itself was very nice, typical IKEA experience. Main complaint was it took me 30 minutes to get food at cafeteria with only 3 people in front of me at 1130 on a weekday afternoon. Ate my entire lunch break up.

Ikea needs some kind of English and other language tanslations on their products/instruction to make is a bit easier. However I love coming to Ikea for the essentials and to discover new fun things.
