Horrible. Took my phone to get fixed and shortly after I couldn't unlock my phone. Returned the next morning and she basically said there wasn't anything that she could do to fix it after just repairing the phone the day prior. Attitude very nonchalant as if she didn't care that I'd now be out of a phone having to purchase another one.

LONG STORY- HAPPY ENDING! I dropped my phone last night- and it was in the case but it fell HARD! It was black and I couldn't seemingly get it to restart or charge or anything. I went into ATT today - they told me there was no way that they or anyone at Apple would ever be able to help me get it back- to get in line for a new phone. I went home bc I didnt recall my apple ID etc so at my next step was to try to check icloud and I saw what was saved but there was still stuff on the phone that I had not saved bc i was intending to upgrade storage. I called apple techs and they walked me through endless things and ultimately said not possible to find out whats wrong without going into the Genius Bar and even then the rep thought that most of my stuff would not be salvaged from the phone itself. I then went to a local story that no longer fixes phones but had once fixed son's cracked screen.not the son byt his phone ;). He told me it was hopeless too based on what I showed and told him. Then i went to this place! ANd he had said on the phone he would just try to diagnose and when I got there he did and 15 minutes later i had a new LCD screen! I was so happy I could cry! $45 and now its a working phone to back up better and get ready to buy a new phone to move all of the info to. SO grateful!

Warning this a placed misdiagnosed my repair and still charged me for a battery that was not a problem. They have a no refund policy which is a license to rip you off with no penalty. Replaced my battery 3 times and I have same problem I came in with. Terrible customer service, lady ignored me and spoke on the phone while I waited to speak to her. She told me it was most likely a motherboard issue but still charged me for a battery that did not fix issue. By saying there was a no refund policy it they get away with terrible customer service. I would not advise any phone repairs at this place.

They broke my lcd while fixing the screen and will not take responsibility for it. Stuck with either a $250 repair or broken phone (by them). Drive to the next plaza (Sterling Plaza across the street) and you will find Ctrl Alt Repairs and they are superior to this store. Have informed Groupon and SquareTrade of this practice.

My phone screen had little shards of broken glass that, whenever I tapped to like a picture.would poke my fingers. I mean, shouldn't you be happy when you like a friend's picture? So I went to iKracked Medic and they not only fixed my iphone 6 screen, they did it for half the price I would pay anywhere else and he fixed it in 10 minutes!
My fingers are happy again tapping like on everybody's pics. Thanks Guys!

Had my Galaxy Note repaired there. Noticed right after I got out the store the screen wasn't fully put in place and it was slightly poping out from the top left. "This was back in late January "

Great service! I went there with a cracked iPhone screen. In less than 30 minutes they were done and the result was fantastic. The prices I would say are the most affordable. To replace the LCD on my iPhone 6S it was $45. You can’t get any better than that.

First time I ever cracked a screen! I'm really happy I found this place. I came in on a Sunday and had my phone in 40 minutes, good as new. Michelle was incredibly nice (as was her co-working, whose name I didn't get), and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I cracked my phone and went here to get it fixed and MY PHONE WORKED BETTER CRACKED! I’ve been back 4 times due to it freezing my screen not being able to let me touch anything over heating.and they tried to tell me I got water damage and a broken led and tried to recharge me. HORRIBLE place DO NOT goo! And I’m up again right now because my phone won’t work AGAIN! -0000000 stars!

I drove from west palm beach which is an hour drive because this place was recommended by a friend. I get there to fix my iPhone 7 Plus, had to wait two hours for my phone to get fixed. I purchased the glass screen protector al well. I paid $75 for be repair and screen protector.
One day later my phone fell from the couch onto a thick fluffy carpet and the screen cracked completely the screen protector didn’t crack the screen did.
I called to see if they can fix it since it’s only been a day and they want to charge me another $50.
This is very upsetting giving the fact that I drove 1 hour to get it fixed and one day later my phone was cracked again. They are using after market cheap glass to fix the phone.
I would not recommend this place again!

I was so excited to find a place with great reviews and a good price to fix my broken screen. I had the screen replaced beginning of December. Th screen cracked again and the phone GPS no longer works. The phone doesn’t function like it did before I took it into be fixed. I’m an Uber driver and cannot work now because of the phone GPS being broken. I’m not sure what happened but I’m very unhappy.

Very friendly, I bought a battery for my Samsung S6 and after seeing what was involved in replacing it decided to find professional help. The first several places I called would have nothing to do with a 3rd party battery, but iKracked replaced it using the one I previously bought and for a great price. The young woman working told me 45 minutes, the same or faster than everyone else, and she was done in less than 45 minutes.

Came to IKracked on sterling and had the greatest quickest experience my iPhone 6s got fix in the matter of 20 minutes, channel was great a treated my phone with love ️️ looks amazing

The service is great the repair was done in less than 20 min. The ladies were very knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is amazing if I could give them 10 stars I would, not only did they fix my iPhone 7 plus which was broken so bad I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but the staff was amazing. The price was by far the cheapest I found so that saying "you get what you pay for" is wrong they saved me over a 100 dollars and I could not be happier! Anyone that asks me where to get their phone fix I will only send them there! Thank you guys so MUCH forever grateful!
