Marcelo the waiter made the whole experience even more memorable. The food was really good. And for dessert our waiter said “you let me pick you dessert? You trust me? ” And we said yes! Omg we had the best dessert ever! Would love to come back here again! Definitely awesome place with an amazing waiter!

5 star experience, all the way- Our waiter, Jochy went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience- Professional, attentive and great personality made our dinner better- The food was fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. Pasta, Al dente and fresh. I had the Veal Parmigiana and Mrs had veal Saltimbocca-Huge portions prepared perfectly-
Sadly our last night in Florida as I would definitely repeat-

Hostess and busser were great. Food was decent. The two servers were pretentious and unattentive.

Met some friends here for dinner, all of our plates were delicious. Definitely try the limoncello!

The restaurant is located at Walt Disney World Swan Hotel! You get free valet parking. The restaurant its nice food is delicious with Italian traditional dishes. Our server Alexandro was amazing!

It was our anniversary dinner 7-1-23 we had an amazing dinner and amazing service with Corey our server. Way to go team!

Excellent food, great atmosphere.
But priced on the higher side for portion size.
But probably would go back another time.

So noisy we couldn’t hear, husband actually left with a headache, waitress seemed totally disinterested in being there, team members tried but I think they may have been too spread out maybe, food was okay but nothing exceptional. For a date night birthday celebration it was the worst we have had in 26 years

Food was ok, not the best for the prices paid. Service was not very good at all. My veal chop was rare, I asked for medium, couldn't find anyone to fix it. Definitely not attentive, had to ask for drink refills, bread, utensils and etc. Not rushing back anytime soon thats for sure!

Exceptional dinner. Arancini, Caesar and Caprese salads were a great start. Followed a theme with riggis and risotto both con funghi, and both were outstanding. Perfect finish with coffee, dessert and a limoncello digestif. And to double down. Service was wonderfully professional.

It was probably the best Italian food we have ever tried! Just amazing! Service was above and beyond especially want to thank our server Caramello who made us laugh and provided the best and fastest service ever! What amazing experience and time to remeber. We have never been at Mulino New Your Trattoria before but we are now going at least 2 times per month thanks to wonderful service that made us feel at home and delicious food and beautiful atmosphere. 10/10! Thank you so much!

Amazing experience! Very attentive serving staff (thank you, Alexis!). Our cocktails from the bar were wonderful, and we determined that our dinner was the best meal we had eaten in a really long time. My husband and I shared a chicken dish with mushrooms and the risotto which were both fantastic. The atmosphere is lovely. We will definitely be back!

My family and I visited this restaurant tonight for my parent’s anniversary. The food was excellent however, we were disappointed with our service.

Our first server named Tony was a little cold. He didn’t make much conversation when we would speak to him. It was very strange considering he wasn’t behaving this way with other tables.

Thankfully, Ray took over our service, and did an amazing job. He made our dinner very enjoyable.

So first I’m gonna say we didn’t plan ahead or do any research before deciding to eat here. We couldn’t think of anything else to do and we saw the restaurant’s picture on the wall outside in the walkway between the Swan and Dolphin. Had we known there was a “dress code” and the price tag associated with pretty mediocre Italian food, we may have made another choice. I asked the hostess how long it would be for a table for 2. She said she had some availability and she would put us in. Then another hostess walked up behind her and said “they are walk-ins? ” To which she replied, “yes but we have some openings for 2 people. ” This resulted in whispering and the ultimate decision to get our information and have us wait. This was very awkward to say the least, but we were hungry and waited. Then when we were being seated, my husband was asked to remove his baseball-style hat (I was not asked to remove mine). There were children in Mickey Mouse ears, people in track suits, and lots of athletic wear. Sandals! But baseball caps for men is where the line is drawn? Then as we were finishing our meal, two men were wearing hats and being seated by a different hostess. So not an enforced dress code if you have a reservation? The food was ok, nothing at the level they were charging. I guess if I was only thinking about the proximity to Disney, I could start to understand the price. But $14 for a Caesar salad that doesn’t have any capers or anchovies, but has chewy croutons? Please rethink that price. It’s just lettuce, dressing, and a tiny bit of cheese. I’ve had better food at my local family-owned Italian restaurant (and they don’t charge $14 for a salad). Husband was asked if he wanted any protein with his risotto but it was served without. It was still tasty, just not sure about $30 for a vegetarian risotto. The server was able to make sure the added protein was not on the bill. She was about the only nice part of the experience. The veal dish I had was good, Saltimbocca. But not super memorable for the price tag, again. The bread was a little tough, maybe not as fresh on a weekday? I would recommend walking over to the boardwalk or the yacht & beach club. You’ll have better service and better food.
