It has been such a pleasure working with Batia. She always responds promptly and follows up. She is honest and reliable and has helped us find wonderful help for our home. I would highly recommend her.

We paid and she hasn’t done anything. We have a 1 year contract we paid for. The first month she sent us a few unqualified candidates where we lost hope and decided not to get a nanny. Months later when baby was older (still within the year) we called her she wasn’t calling back for maybe a month. Then we got in touch with her calling from my husband phone. She acts like she never got payment once we sent confirmation she gave us attitude and said she doesn’t have anyone to send us. Big big scam do not use and I will make sure everyone in south Florida knows not to us this lady she’s rude and unprofessional.

I called Ilana's care looking for daily support for my 90 year old mother. I received an immediate response from the owner, Betty Kramer. We met and introduced her to my mom and we discussed her needs. To make a long story short, her healthcare worker was very pleasant and to this day, 2 years later, my mom is healthy and very happy with the care she is receiving from Ilana's Care. I was surprised that the owner continues to check up on her worker and with my mom to assure complete satisfaction. I recommend this service highly with 5 Stars. They are the best!
