This place is like none other. The very first time I came to this office I seen how neat and clean it was and then I was introduced to an aid that had the best bed side manner and really cared about me.
Dr Caballero walked in and greeted my family and me. This man seems to care about me as a person and we fell in love with this practice. We made this office our home for medical assistance.

The staff were very respectful and friendly. Wait time was minimal. I would recommend this facility

Dr Osvaldo Aviles is an amazing professional. Kind and patient, explain very well and address our concerns very clear

Love Dr N Hernandez, she is wonderful and caring. Sad I will not be able to continue my care with her since IMA no longer takes my insurance.

From the reminder Dr appointment till the appointment staff as I step in was polite also the nurse and Dr Nilmarys Hernandez was very attentive with me regarding my lab test result Dr Hernandez went step by step to read me and explain we’re need to work on special on my A1C was over the range
I was recommended how to start working on this high sugar in the blood stream. Regular exams feet’s etc very motivated Dr towards patients and me thank you Dra Hernandez

Dr Hernandez is great, I've always had great experiences at this office except today. I was waiting way too long and Betsy Maldonado was rude and dismissive, very sad because I have great experiences with everyone in this office. I was early for my appointment but still got called way too late. Her demeanor was disrespectful. Hopefully they will fix this I would hate for the office to go this route.
