3I was originally very pleased with this facility when it was in Crystal River. After the move to Beverly Hills, things went down hill. I haven't been a patient for more than a year and have had 3 different therapist due do my counselors leaving. My last counselor was a teacher at my old high school. How she was hired for this job with the qualifications needed is beyond me. I left my last appointment in complete tears and extremely discouraged in myself because I have made no progress. I called this morning to try and find a new therapist, preferably one that has been there for a while and Virginia at the front desk couldn't have huffed and puffed and groaned more about having to help me around my work schedule. I ended up just telling her I will find somewhere else. I feel extremely let down and disappointed that my therapy journey has started off this way. I do not recommend.
I called them and left a message yet still no call back. Can't even answer the phone
Dr. Wright was the "right" counselor for me. He helped pull me out of a deep depression and back into life where I can enjoy life once again. He is very easy to talk to and provides tools to take home and put into practice. Thank you so much Dr. Sandrew Wright!
