Impact Paint & Body Inc, Fort Lauderdale FL

I had some clearcoat paint peel on the bottom of a fender after a year upon Impact fixing it. I lived 20 hours away so I could not take it to be repaired. However 4 years after I returned and they fixed the clearcoat, they get 5 stars from me due to their proper ethics. Highly recommend.

Great body shop.you crash it they repair it. These guys know their craft. They work miracles when it comes to body repair.

Chris is an amazing guy. I really popped out the bumper in my 2018 silver mercedes and I decided to stop by at the shop since it was close by. I pulled up and he mentioned that he will pop it back in for free! Talk about getting an honest professional. This place is AMAZING! Chris and the staff took really care of my car - that's my baby. My car was hit and my bumper was a little messed up. Once I gotten my car back today you couldn't even tell my car was hit at all. I'm very happy how my car looks and my car was washed when I came to pick it up. I really recommend this paint and body shop to anyone. I can really say these professionals pay good attention to detail making sure everything is done to profession.

I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. Have great customer service, and amazing work. I had them do work on my car like 10 yrs ago, when i had 2 drop off my newer car YEARS later they remember who i was and what car they wrked on 10 yrs ago.
I think that is pretty impressive.
I read another review stating they are 2 expensive.hmmm.pay 4 good wrk, or pay 4 just okay work? !? ! Im gonna go with good work.

Amazing job. Allstate referred. Did a great job in only 4 days. Rental picked me right up there. Left the rental there when done. Totally corteaous and professional. Cleaned my car before I picked it up. Great.

My car was keyed the whole passenger side. They did a terrific job. It looks brand new! We also replaced the ceiling material that unglued. The sub that replaced it also did a great job.
We've also decided that we will use this shop for body work again.

Didn't have an accident but after so many years, really needed paint job!

Dont do it worst place ever worst customer service.incomplete repair job excessive time to fix vehicle and the cheapest parts they could find to repair your investment! Car crashes are a bad experience dont compound it with a crappy body shop! You have been warned!

WORST BODY SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER! THE OWNER TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT! HE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONALTO HIS CUSTOMERS, REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH YOU SPEND. BE CAREFUL, HE WILL PRETEND TO USE NEW PARTS AND YOU WILL SOON FIND OUT THAT THE REPAIR WAS JUST REPAIRED INSTEAD OF WHAT INSURANCE PAID (NEW PARTS) I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE TO THE LEASE COMPANY. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!

Eddie and the staff at Impact Paint and Body completely took care of my car after a bad fender bender. My car was ready early and it looked like a new car! They also matched the paint perfectly. I would highly recommend Impact to anyone.

Excellent work and service. The manager gave me a date and the car was ready at that date. The car had two small issues which they fixed quickly in a few hours another date. The panel work and paint is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I had almost the entire drivers side of my metallic blue WRX damaged. The repair required new doors and quarter panel repair. The job was impeccable, flawless and as perfect as it could be. They completed it in four days (four days sooner than the insurance estimate). I would highly recommend them.
