Recently, my wife and I decided to replace our 30 year old vertical blinds. Mike came to our house to size everything up, and gave us a great price! A few days later, we went to the store to pay for the blinds, and noticed the roller shades display. After looking closely at them, we decided on roller shades instead of vertical blinds. Mike said no problem, and worked us up another incredible price. The blinds came in right on time, and the installers were here the next day after they arrived, to put them up. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly the job went. The roller shades look amazing! It completely changed the way our house looks. Every single person we came in contact with, was extremely helpful, and went overboard to make sure we were happy. If anyone is looking for any type of window covering, this is the place to go! They are probably the most professional, hard working, and caring company we have ever dealt with!

Imperial and the company I work with share a lot of the same customers and I heard nothing but great things about them, so I used them when I built my house. I rarely review companies, but I was very happy with the honest advice I received from Courtney, the sales representative. We had been told by a competitor that our storm shutter needed to be replaced. I was suspicious so we got some quotes, Courtney, who is not even a technician, immediately suggested the name of a very reputable and responsive repair person (Darren). It ended up the shutters did not even need to be repaired at this time. Thank you Courtney and company. When I need my shutters replaced, I now know were to go for honest service.

We shopped around a lot and the price of imperial blind and shutter was significantly better than Lowe's and the bigger chains and the customer service and friendliness was even further out ahead. We had all new plantation shutters and an remote control curtain put in and everything looks fantastic and after several months everything has held up perfectly. The owner is great, the installers were great and I have recommended these guys to friends and family.
