I visited this office for a second opinion, after a negative experience at another establishment nearby. I am happy I came here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the charges and what would be covered by my insurance.

I had one visit for the exam and X-rays and just had a second visit for my cleaning. Dr Marc was helpful in explaining the situation with my teeth and the hygienist was helpful in providing guidance.

Went in for estimate, paid cash for services. Applied for care credit for needed dental work that was set for 5weeks later. Canceled the appointment 3 weeks prior to appointment and they still charged the care credit card for services I never received. Still fighting for charges to be removed.update: they refunded $12980 of the $15500 originally charged.the difference is for temporary dentures they had made 5 weeks prior to my scheduled appointment. They never told me of the charges or supposed completed temporary dentures at time of cancelation and are still refusing to refund the balance.

$2520 is EXTREAMLY high price for TEMPORARY dentures

I will keep post updated if anything changes, if not further action to rectify situation will be taken

The staff makes you feel very comfortable. They take their time with you. Relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

SINCE THIS REVIEW I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT! THE WORK IS AMAZING HOWEVER BILLING HORRIBLE! I WAS TOLD ONE PRICE AND PAID UPFRONT BEFORE THE PROCEDURE THEN FOR WHATEVER REASON 6MO LATER, THEY SENT A BILL FOR AN ADDITIONAL $200+ CLAIMING INSURANCE WOULDN’T PAY FOR SOME OF THE WORK! WHY 6MO LATER? I PAID THEM OVER $2k ON AN AGREED PRICE. WATCH FOR PRICE CHANGE.

This place is a hidden gem!
I called to make a new patient appointment expecting it would take a few days (or even weeks) to be seen. When I told them my daughter was in pain due to her wisdom teeth, they got her in the same day! And just like a teenager, my daughter fell back to sleep and missed the 10: 30 appointment. The receptionist was so nice and understanding! She moved the appointment to 1: 00, allowing me time to go home, wake my daughter up, & make sure she got to her appointment.
When we arrived, we were seated in a cozy waiting area and were seen quickly. The staff was incredibly kind & I was blown away when Dr. Marc provided his personal cell phone number incase of any complications or further pain.
We plan to make Imperial Christina Dental Care our new family dentist!

I developed a really bad toothache over the weekend. A wisdom tooth I never had taken out was starting to hate me. Kind of miraculously, they had a late afternoon appointment open and I am not in the pain that kept me from sleeping any longer. They were all so nice and compassionate… this will keep me coming back. Thank you all!

Every part of the staff was so kind and the Doctor was nice and thorough and explained everything to me in detail

Great service. On time appointment. Friendly staff. Everything is explained to you the minute you are in to see the DR. DR was very good on explaining what was going on with your teeth. The only down side was the pinching on the gums to meassure for bone density loss. It’s uncomfortable with a little of pain but other than that for my first visit went well. Let’s see future visit with a deep cleaning coming up.

My husband had a wonderful visit and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! The Dentist was so friendly and thorough. If you are looking for a dentist that is independent and can be apart of your family’s longterm care then look no further!

This place is great! The dentist is super nice. The office manager is awesome. The entire staff is so friendly. I always enjoy my visits.

This is probably one of the best places to go to if you have a lot of anxiety about the dentist. They have so many options for easing nervousness and making the visit as smooth as possible for their patients. Dr Rasmussen is very kind and understanding. He doesn't ever make you feel rushed or uncared for. He's happy to answer questions and explain procedures with as much or as little detail as you want to hear. He also checks in with you frequently to make sure you're painless and comfortable. Assistant Kenzie's calm and quiet demeanor also lends to a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend.

They really are great with me. I am NOT a good dental patient. SEVERVE dental phobia. They are sweet, and most importantly PATIENT with me.

My husband's experience at this office has been awful. He went in to get a bridge. The office has had to take the impressions 3 times on 3 different occasions and they still are not correct. So that has meant several visits over the last several months, and taking off from work each time. On top of the total inconvenience and inability to get the appliance created correctly, during yesterday's visit, he was given another bill amount that was higher than what was originally quoted. We have been totally disappointed to say the least, but have already spent money for the initial billed amount for the service. I really hope that the 3rd time with these impressions is the charm, otherwise we will demand a full refund since they clearly can't get it right. The staff has been awful, not even acknowledging or apologizing for their failure to get the proper impressions or bridge, the change in the price, and the fact that it has taken several visits and they have still not been able to deliver the correct product. If we had it to do over again, we would definitely choose a different office.

Clean and well equipped facility. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They treat you like family.

Wonderful experience with Imperial Christiana Dental! Excellent care, superb service, and a very friendly staff. They make you feel like family, I am particularly impressed by their honesty and transparency. They don’t try to talk you into services you may not need and give an honest opinion of your dental health. Dr. Rasmussen is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen to you. I highly recommend this practice.
