Go around the building to receiving to check in then get a door quick. Loading took a few hours but nice all around

Absolute garbage had 12 pallets to deliver they unloaded me in 15 minutes then held me there for the next 5 hours! Charged $250 as a lumper fee. Then Said I was short product had me sign off on it and wouldn’t even let me count myself. Why hold me there for 5 hours.
