As a retired dentist I have a little more insight into what makes a great practice. Most lay people judge on things like gentleness (important) ; being on time (also important) but have no clue about technique, thoroughness,
skill, diagnosis, etc. Imperial has all the above. I have no reservation about recommending this practice.

Very friendly here, got a very thorough cleaning and exam! I’m extremely happy how well they explained everything to me. I will definitely share this office with my family and friends.

Dr. Gulotte (or Hernandez-his wife) husband/wife team are the only dentists that I will entrust with our dental needs. Most especially my father (Arrythmia-heart issues). Though they may cost a bit more and not participate in HMO’s (or be out of network as they are for me/my children), we never have had to come back for issues in 11 years that were not resolved, done or completed properly to begin with. You get dental quality work without pain and an office with ladies who are truly competent and caring/on top of things for you as well. Thank you for taking care of our family; my children and father as well. Their lives and safety are #1.

1. PROFESSIONAL CARE - every procedure explained with real-time camera views of why the work needs to be done IN ADDITION to X-rays! Perfect results every time for my fillings and crowns even after my years of neglect.
2. EFFICIENT UPBEAT STAFF - The best team environment I have ever seen.
These folks do a good job with insurance, scheduling, flexibility and explanations of everything.
3. PATIENTS AS PEOPLE - The people at this practice care about their patients as individuals and it shows in everything. My wife has painful reactions to common anesthetics and they worked until they found something to use that did not produce the sides effects. They actually listen to their patients!
4. Try this office for yourself! You will not be disappointed!

I went to Imperial Dental after having negative experiences with 3 other dental offices. They are top notch dentists and you are made to feel like you are being treated by a caring family member. Recently my husband needed to see a dentist on an urgent basis. They accommodated him right away despite not being a prior patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a dentist.

First time patient here, the staff was absolutely amazing-everyone from the front desk, to the hygienists and doctor. I had Diane for my general cleaning, and she did such a thorough job. Very informative and detailed with educating me on how to take care of my teeth. Dr. Hernandez was incredible also, and I look forward to seeing her again in the future. 5 out of 5 all around. Highly recommend for friendly and caring dental work!

I have seen both Dr. Gulotte and Dr. Hernandez for fillings. They both took the time to explain the procedure, the x-rays, and the shots given were truly painless! They really are gentle and caring dentists. I have never felt such ease and trust at a dental office before, they really treat me like family! Nicole did a gentle, yet thorough job with my cleaning as well! Laura and Judibelle at the front desk are sweet and very knowledgeable about insurance. The whole office works together well and I truly appreciate my overall experience with Imperial Dental!

Awesome experience from the minute I walked in the door. Reception was warm my appointment time was smack on. Debbie my Hygienist was wonderful thorough and explained everything she was doing.

I now can go back to the dentist and feel comfortable and know that I am getting my dental work done by an honest professional dentist.
