4 First and last time I use this business. I dropped off clothes on Monday for a Wednesday after 5: 00 PM pick up; I went there Thursday afternoon and was told
that one pair of pants was not there or ready. I asked why, and was told by the counter person that unless I put a rush order on my clothes there would be no “red” ticket to make sure my clothes were done on the date promised. I asked how does that make sense? Well I hit a nerve because she then began a barrage of expletives, including being called a mother @&*ker. I called Paul the owner/manager and asked if he could hear his employee still yelling and cursing at me, and said that he did. He assured me that my pants would be at the store in 20 minutes. He also assured me that I would not have to deal with her again and that he would address her unprofessional conduct. When I went back to get my pants, the employee was behind the counter; she pointed to my pants and had the audacity to wish me a good day. You can take the trash out of the ghetto, but you can’t take the ghetto out of the trash!
Dropped a tux off on Tuesday and just needed it pressed. They said it will be completed by Thursday 5pm.it was on the damn ticket. I went in Friday to pick it up at Noon. And the shirt wasn't there. I had to run all over town to get my tux all together and ended up missing the rehearsal for the wedding. And when I said that the girl she didn't say anything made me pay and said have a good day

Been using this cleaners for over 10 years. Needed 3 pairs of $40 jeans shortened. All returned to me with holes in the hems. Spoke to Helen, said she would fix them or replace them. 2 came back slightly better not perfect. 3rd pair had a new hole in it, which they stitched, now i have a lump! Was told no replacement, nobody would ever see it! They also charged $15 a pair for the shortening, so im out about about $165! So much for customer loyality.
Been using this business for a couple years. Today is 11/25 the day after thanksgiving. Internet info says they were open. I drive all the way there and sign on door says closed. Why can’t they actually get a website and update this type of info? Whoever owns this business please get in the correct century
