I had a great time and enjoyed the show very much. I realized I don’t like emo comedians because they remind me how familiar I am with depression but at the same time, Gives me something to get excited about so I can dig it. ThankYou to the staff and coordinators for being a part of such an awesome experience. Hope to visit more frequently. Looking forward to the next show

We had a blast there during our vacation. We appreciated the security team for their temperature and overall safety screening. The comedians: Karlous Miller, etc.were outstanding. We will be back to your establishment.

I’ve been coming here for years and tonight was by far the WORST service ever. The drinks at our table were coming out one by one instead of at the same time. My burger came out dry so I requested ketchup, which the server said “I’ll be right back. ” My burger sat there in front of me for 20 minutes and still no ketchup. Then comes out another burger which no one at our table ordered.yet it ended up on my bill! When the server came back 20 minutes later, I said “I’ve already finished my meal so the ketchup is no longer needed. ” Meanwhile she didn’t even have it with her and her reply was “no worries”. Ummm, YOU forgot it, so “no worries” to me implied she just didn’t care.

I spoke to a manager and made it very clear I didn’t want to leave the automatic gratuity of 18%. She was a doll-she apologized and took my burger off the check. However when my bill came - with an extra burger I didn’t order PLUS the 18% gratuity which the server did not deserve whatsoever, I became very irate. I spent more time asking for stuff and sorting out my check than I could watching the comedy show. The service has gone down hill and 18% auto gratuity is absolutely unacceptable since the servers think they don’t have to even work for it, but it’s automatically expected. Very disappointed.

For a dub, the doorman will let you skip the line or let you in after the box office has closed. Make sure you pay attention to your final bill and ask for your printed receipt. Now that they bring tablets to your table to pay your bill electronically, some servers have tried to skip past the itemization screen (which shows that 18% gratuity has been added to your bill) and just show you the total. Most people will then tip another 20% not knowing that the tip is already included.

Chairs can be really uncomfortable by the end of the show, but I've been tons of times and always have a good time. I like this location better than when it was in Downtown Orlando.

The 4 reviews was for the comedy not the place. The forced seating arrangements are awkward at best. They should just do it how the Improve does in Tampa and let you sit where you want to. That being said if I go again I will get a larger party and not order the drinks they were overpriced and horrible. On the other hand my burger was decent.

The place itself is nice, but they cram you into tables that are already full when there's plenty of open tables available. Drinks are crazy expensive, so go across the way to Adobe Gilas for pre and post drinks to pay less than half.

Solid venue and great performances. Our waiter did not acknowledge our presence unless we waived her down. We will still come back.

The drinks were ok. The food was not good. We order the spinach dip and it was awful no taste or flavor. The chips were stale. When we told the server she literally said what do you want me to do about it. I guess she didn't care because there tips are included in the price. If you go for the comedian just get drinks or water and eat after.

This review is strictly on the location not the comedians. The comedians were great and super funny for that alone I would go back but the location and room itself is very small, I felt like there should be more room in between people and also some seating locations are not comfortable you will need to turn your chair around, if you can, to see the comedian. Also service can be slow if you order drinks or food which are a little high in price for what you are getting.

Hit or miss. Local talent isn't always the best but can be pretty funny as well as not as packed shows so better seating. The food is terrible stick with drinks here. If you're going for a popular comedian show up early and make sure your entire party is with you or you will not be seated together. This is a great date night get together with lots of places to get drinks afterwards in pointe orlando.

The best comedy club in Orlando.
Always has all of the top comics in the country.
Food is OK, service is a bit slow.
Drinks are great, but expensive, but hey, this is tourist area so it's to be expected.
You can listen to A Mediocre Time with Tom and Dan on most Thursday's to hear an interview with the comics who book the weekend at The Improv. Tom and Dan can be found on your favorite podcast app and also Apple Podcasts and on their free Mediocre app.

Had a terrific time. There was good food and drinks offered by attentive staff. The main comedy act was hilarious. Parking was a short distance from venue.

Had a great time going to see a friend perform.
All of the other acts were pretty good too. I recognized a few of them from a previous show. Was just a good time with good energy. Will be back soon! Gave four stars because the food was a bit expensive for the amount we received.

I had very little knowledge about this place before going. All I knew was that one of my favorite comics was going to be there and I had to go. It's dinner and a show (if you want)! They have a menu with great options or you can just have some drinks. There was also a dining package that I didn't do this time but will probably purchase for the next show I attend. It was a great experience!
