Everyone was sweet but the Dr. He was rough and rude worst experience ever nurses was very nice and professional tho but I would never recommend Dr gesek

If you've ever had tooth pain then you know it's one of the worst pains to have and the last thing you want on top of that pain is an uncaring doctor. Dr was not at all compassionate or caring towards my son's pain, feelings, etc.while also being extremely rude (a nicer way of saying how he was truly acting). My son had expressed to the Dr that he was still able to feel pain, (like ANY normal human being would) the Dr then shockingly responded with "No you don't" while continuing to be ruff with my son and completely ignoring the fact that he just might be telling the truth. Then when my son had flinched in response to still being able to feel the Dr had the nerve to threaten to walk out on my son
He should not be a Dr working with people, especially in the particular practice that he's in

The worst ghetto place I've ever been to in my life I've never felt so disappointed and disrespected by someone in a medical field in my life Daniel James gesek jr. DMD is the worst kind of human being there is I came in today first visit never been there before and my personal experience there was awful I had to wait to hours for a x-ray of my mouth which I already came in with one only to be told I'm still going to have to wait two weeks for my insurance company to accept them and the dentist wasn't caresmatic to my pain or what I was going through he said you waited this long you can wait more time you'll be ok as if tooth pain was something to sweep under the rug totally done with this place and they didn't even start if you are in the riverside area don't go to him go somewhere eles trust me im saveing you a lot of trouble o yea he was late for something personal today so he was being rude and rushing everyone today I've never seen anything like this he shouldn't be allowed to work on anyone

Worst experience of my life. I am traumatized. I'm screaming in pain while the dentist yells at me. Blames me for my pain. No kind word. Just pulls out my tooth while I'm not numb and tells me it's my fault. Terrible, do not go here.

Your customer service on the phone says something about the business establishment. The lady this morning was extremely rude when I was calling about a referral and at first I was going to still make an appointment but I decided to call another place and their customer service was great. You never know what people are going through (me just losing a child) but then again you must know if you’re working in a dental office. You’re seeing ppl pain of not having enough money for their teeth or pain of having to remove teeth. We don’t need your attitude especially when I clearly didn’t know that when my insurance company gave the referral to dentist office and they told me to give it to y’all that it was going to be a problem with you. The next place I call they didn’t tell me to go to my insurance again wanting proof that it exists they told me to email it to them and that was that. It’s the holidays why are you upset? Go chill out

Dr. Gesek is amazing! I had a bad experience this year with another dentist so I was a little nervous to come in today! But he numbed me an it didn’t hurt at all. He took my teeth out fast an he did a diligent job! I am very thankful & grateful! I will recommend him an his team to anyone & everyone!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My daughter had impacted wisdom teeth and a baby tooth to be removed. After finally being called back, she discovered that they were going to numb her and keep her awake. We had thought she would be unconscious, so she was terrified. She kept her cool, but when the final wisdom tooth was being yanked on, she said it hurt. Dr Gesek told her she'd be alright, it's halfway out. Then he had to be told to remove the baby tooth that somehow he didn't know he was to take out. Shameful that it's the only place that accepts MCNA. Glad we don't have to go back.

My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Gesek.
And he had no compassion. He gave her numbing shots while she was shaking and in pain without remorse. He didn’t even wait for the numbing shots to be in effect and pulled out her teeth while she was screaming in pain and he didn’t care. He told her to calm down or else he would let her leave and “find another doctor to take her teeth out”
Dr Gesek lacked the common knowledge, consideration and experience to interact with children at all.

Her body was in such a shock that when we arrived home, she fainted, and we needed to take her to the ER.

The whole process of removing all 4 wisdom teeth toke him not even 12 minutes, including the numbing process.

Please look for a different doctor to be treated -don’t use his services, especially if kids are involved!

Went in for extraction in the summer. I was told it was going to be $100s of dollars more. I paid the new rate. My insurance said they over charged. I have spent the last few months trying to get my refund. It was easy to take my money but it’s impossible for them to return it.

Dr. Gesek and his team did an incredible job removing my son's 4 wisdom teeth today. The procedure went very quickly, and my son had very little to no pain. The staff was very pleasant and answered my questions upon arrival. Now I know why Dr. Gesek gets recommended alot-because he is an awesome oral surgeon!

So I just had a recent appointment and Dr.takes the x-ray doctor comes in and says I can’t help you go back to the dentist. You have too much plaque on your teeth and I said are you kidding me your dentist he’s like I can barely see how much teeth I have to pull, but I can make out three teeth that I have need to pull. Their office was very dark and dingy when you walked in and not welcoming and professionalism, the doctor was talking to the nurses right in the hallway, so everybody could hear my information You’re a dentist if you see you got three teeth you need a pole why don’t you just do it and then Whatever you need to clean up but now I’m in the position of no dentist or oral surgeon

There should be a "no star" option for this circus. We're made to wait hours, no explanation, and the most unprofessional Dr.and staff I've ever encountered. No one communicates and it overall sucks! Never again!

Horrible service, in the office three hours, seen the doctor for literally two minutes, had to ask what I was waiting for after sitting in the room for an hour+ just to pay and leave. I’ll go to the bigger chains and get more attention/ better service, this was truly horrible, and waste of a day

This office made me wait 7 months for an appointment and three days before I was suppose to have an extraction called me to tell me they were canceling my appointment very unprofessional and unexceptable which is sad because last time I went it was an alright office highly recommend finding someone else

My son had an appointment over a year ago, they rescheduled for a few months later. Two days before his appointment, they rescheduled again. Which was fine, so a few days before this appointment, yet again it got rescheduled. So a year and a half later, we were getting ready for his appointment and guess what, yeah it got rescheduled. This place is a joke and won't be open long.

1st time received a phone 2nd time i called to confirm the time and it was pushed back from 8: 30 to 10: 30 with no call. So we went there this morning just to be told it was completely canceled.

If I could give them a ZERO I would this is the most unorganized doctors office I have ever had to deal with in my life! I was supposed to undergo surgery 6 months ago each month they call a few weeks before my appointment so that they can reschedule because apparently the only surgeon they have can't perform surgery but yet their still in business JUST RIDICULOUS AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFOCE FOR ANY WORK.

I received a referral to have my impacted wisdom teeth extracted… for my consultation appointment I expressed my pain to Dr. Gasek and asked if he could prescribe me something I was treated like I was only wanting pills he never once looked inside my mouth and claimed he could see all he needed through my X-ray! My mouth was severely infected due to my teeth (causing so much pain) he would have known if he looked I was in the er two days after seeing him and treated by the hospital for my infection! After waiting three weeks for insurance to approve they then tell me I have to wait till September! It’s April! To have my teeth removed I stressed to the staff I was in the hospital twice for severe infection and it’s an emergency I was told so is me and everyone else who calls… I do not recommend this office very unprofessional and inconsiderate! I’m more mad he didn’t look in my mouth to see the infection I had going on so he could treat my pain!

Beyond incompetent, staff lacks basic office knowledge, the office manager doesn't know how to run her office nor knows what days procedures are done. If you want to wait a few months and get rescheduled multiple times with a tooth infection then this is your place to go. You'll get the same care and treatment that their staff provides which is lack of respect, concern, and care.

The receptionist puts you on hold, everytime, for at least 20 minutes, if you don't immediately answer their call to confirm, they will cancel your appointment or make you wait 30 minutes, on-hold, to verify your appointment. I had oral surgery with extractions and they left one tooth off my treatment plan, so I had to wait a month, without teeth, because of their incompetence, and they still cancelled my "follow-up" appointment. This office's reception practices are garbage! DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE AT THIS OFFICE!
