Terrible. Book a karaoke machine for an event. The machine was not tested prior to rental, old, & broken. What truly set this company apart in being terrible is the customer service by an old miserable women. No call back as promised, no solution, hung up on me, and didn’t answer any call back.

Kortney was very courteous & helpful with my order. Payment, pick up & drop off was made convenient and simple. I was very pleased the quality of rentals as well.

My wife and I, having dabbled in event planning over the years as a 'side hustle', have used In Tents Events several times in the past.
Last month, when our own daughter's wedding was a mere 72 hours away and the weather forecast was getting progressively worse, I called them up. Despite the very short notice and the approaching monsoons, Kristen and Kortney were extremely helpful and hooked us up with a beautiful 20'x60' tent which two guys braved the rain setting up.
The consultation was done over the phone, the contract signed through email, and I never had to stop what I was doing to make it happen. The rest of the coordination was done directly between Kristen and the Five Star coordinator - Dania Irvine of Dulce Events, who we chose to make the event awesome. The two of them have a long standing professional relationship which instilled confidence in our decision.
The staff at In Tents Events were friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to join it up with an existing tent we had for a seamless addition.

Kristen and Kortney were extremely helpful and made the reservation process stress-free and easy to understand. Everyone in the delivery/set up crew was fabulous to work with! The tent was expertly erected and in great condition. The tables, and chairs were just right. We didn't even have to fold them up after the dinner and the crew came back for it all the next day! The out-of-town rehearsal dinner was a huge success, thanks in part, to the professionals at In Tents Events.

Our church uses them for all events. They always have what we need and delivery and pick up drivers are always on time.

Reserved tables and chairs for Thanksgiving holiday. Reservation process, pick up and drop off was seemless. Have reserved with other rental companies in other communities in past and this experience was by far the easiest and most pleasant.

I have used this great company twice and each time they have delivered quality products on time and picked up the day after my events. They are my “go to”!

There are other businesses in Tallahassee that will treat you better. When booking, I specified chair covers and bows to be installed on my chairs. When the delivery person came, they said they would not install it and I had to call the office to figure it out. The delivery people didn’t set anything up at all. Which is inconvenient since I had my event to prepare for and I paid for installation. Although the lady on the phone, Courtney, was very nice, this entire process was frustrating. Not to mention the boss was nonchalant and did not care at all. It took away time from other things I needed to do. I called and there was no answer. Even though I lost money and it ruined my event, hopefully other customers will steer clear of this place. There are other places in Tallahassee that are cheaper, with better customer service, and run by more respectable people. Deon’s Photography & 24/7 Party & Event Rentals is a better company that will make your event hassle-free! Hosting an event can be stressful, especially when you’re planning it on your own. I couldn’t imagine ordering equipment for a special event like a wedding and dealing with these individuals. They will mess up your day and not care at all. That is a guarantee! Make the best choice for your event!
