2023 update: Wow! Their onsite and phone Customer Service is awesome. Now we also buy the uniforms for our business staff. 2018-2019 School year: Another great experience getting uniforms at Unison. Even better now that they have moved to the new Iocation. Great staff, great service, best prices. Keep up the good work. I often pick up uniforms for my grandkids and I always have good service and helpful staff both over the phone and at the store. My daughter checked their prices and Inunison has the best prices and great quality.

Amazing Service, We recently moved to south Florida and went to In Unison Store to get uniforms for my kids late on Thursday afternoon (5: 25 PM) and the Manager took care of us allowing us to take our time, not rushing us and giving us the best service possible. Loved the quality of the products and the inventory available.

Was very disappointed with our purchase. This store was mandated by our school. We purchased pants for my 6 year old that shrunk about 3 inches with one wash and now have to throw them away. The store offers no option for refunds nor replacement. When we complained about the quality of the product, staff was not interested in helping at all other than to tell us we were out of luck. I will be speaking with the school about the mandate to purchase from a store that is selling poor quality uniforms.
This company was great at helping me find the right size uniforms for my kids and monogramming the hoodies we chose. They were also very patient and accommodating with my circus of small children. Employee Sophia was fantastic at helping me choose styles, colors, & sizes and Avril was very helpful in processing the order and checking us out. Overall a positive experience! We will be back!
