The customer service for this leasing agency is horrible. They’ve made us wait WEEKS for critical repairs at the property we’re renting. It’s crazy considering we’ve never missed a rent payment and always pay on time. The office staff often has no clue about logistics for the property and defer any issue resolutions to “Actually, we don’t have to fix it soon because it’s not in the contract. ” I 100% would NOT recommend this company. I’m pretty sure my landlord could save a ton of money by managing this property themselves.

Upon move out- be aware: their lease contract requires you to PAINT the entire property and it be “move in ready” or you’ll lose your deposit.
